            The business installed synthetic turf in my front yard in September 2022. In addition, they planted approximately 12 plants and laid rock in the garden area. Since it was fall, **** instructed me to water the plants daily for the first two weeks on automatic, drip, and then to shut off the water for the winter. I did so, and when spring arrived, several of the plants had died. My gardener looked at them and said they had different drip heads installed, which was likely not giving them enough water. I went back to **** and asked him to come take a look, he never responded. I contacted him several times by phone, email, and he has never responded , in addition to that, in the meantime, I had need for someone to repair a damaged spot on the synthetic turf he installed. Four different contractors have told me I didnt have enough sand at the original install to help the blades stand up appropriately. The sand is expensive and I do not feel I should have to pay for that given **** installed it and he shouldve known how much sand to put in , all in all I felt it was a rather poor job all the way around.
