Went to the Morro Bay location for a beer. The female general manager was drinking at the bar instead of greeting people. I asked if I could bring my cat in who was in a cat carrier. They said yes & the GM said I could go, "Anywhere inside the building as long as (I) didn't take the beer outside." Got my cat & sat down away from people. But my cat was fussy since the place was so dirty & smelled like dog. Plus, there was really loud music playing. There were some stairs heading up that were not marked as closed. Upstairs there was a pool table, some chairs, no music & some bathrooms. It was under light construction but looked like it was set up to handle guests who wanted a quieter atmosphere. I got my beer & cat & went upstairs & sat by the window. 30 seconds later, an unkempt & unshaven man came up. He had no nametag or uniform. He angrily barked out orders that I needed to "Come on & get out of here right now!" I asked him why he was so angry & he angrily said he was not angry. I went downstairs informing him that I was told I could go anywhere in the building, just not outside. He told me I was lying. He continued to angrily pace back & forth intimidating me so I left my beer & got in my car. I thought that I left my credit card at the bar so I tried to call the bar to ask them to bring it to me. The call would not go through. I went back in for the card & gave them cash instead. She told me she gave me the card back but I was so upset about being verbally assaulted that I really did think I left it behind. I just gave her $20 & left, calling & cancelling the card. I realized that I did have it in my wallet after all as I had already paid with the card. Shortly, I got a text from an unknown number saying they DID have my card & that I could come back for it. I thought it may have been the angry man so I texted back some choice profanities. Another text came back saying it was the "female general manager" & that if I ever came back, she would call the police.
