      I had hired Simply Booked Meeting to provide Accounting Leads for my business, we had a contract that if they were not able to provide qualified leads within a 90-day period they would refund my money 100%. I have given them more than 90 days to provide any qualified leads, but they have failed. I requested a refund on 09/14/2023. They said that according to the contract they will refund in 2 weeks. There is no mention of a 2-week waiting period in the contract and I still have not received the refund. I have sent them several emails and they keep asking me to wait stating the refund will be there in the next few days. Refund takes only 2 business days, I have done refunds and it does not take a month to do so.

      The payment has already been refunded (Its on Stripe's behalf now). We tried to keep conversation with the client and assured her the payment was on its way. Since it was a federal holiday on Monday, it might have slowed down the transaction? I have no idea.

      The payment has already been refunded and its Stripe's responsibility to process. I can reach out to Stripe Monday if that payment has still not been refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have been very patient and have given them a lot of time. But they have been taking advantage, there was no 2-week requirement to withhold my refund, as per the initial email they said it takes 3-5 business days on stripes end (copy of email was sent BBB). Then they changed it to 10 days and now they are asking for me to wait another week. 

      I have wasted so much time with the unqualified leads and Ghosted appointments now I have to keep following up on the refund. I did inform them in my last meeting that I will need the refund if they are not able to meet the requirement and also told them how time sensitive it was because I have to find another company and start with my next year advertising budget. 

      If I don't receive the refund by Monday, I will take further action and also costs associated with it will have to be taken care by Simply Booked Meetings. If the knew they were having issues in refunding the 1st payment, then why did they choose to make the other 2 refunds by the same method. There were other options that could be discussed with me such as zelle or bank transfer which take place instantaneously. It is not my problem that their processing company is holding the money.

      Im sorry you are disappointed with our service - we want to help you get your refund asap.

      We have processed the refund and Stripe now holds all the funds. We tried our absolute best to refund ASAP.

      In our contract he have a "100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee" mentioned in section 19. It states that if the Principal (R**** ****** of Adcon Accounting) does not make back their initial investment in 90 days, they are subject to a 100% money-back guarantee, including the initial one-time fee. There is no timeframe for the refund.

      We processed the refund internally, to gather all the necessary funds to process the refund and then completed it on Stripe. There is at no moment where we tried to take advantage like Reema said. We would like the client to know that we have processed the refund and the funds have left our account. Stripe will make the deposit.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I am tired of your excuses. Your company keeps changing the responses per your wishes. It is Monday 10/16/2023 and in one of the BBB responses you mentioned that I will receive the full refund by today. I only see a partial refund of $ 1133.33. There is no timeframe of the refund in your contract, but yet you told me that in your contract that there is a 2-week waiting period which was a lie. You could have said you need 2 weeks to gather the funds but instead you choose to lie that it is in your contract. Again, in your many emails you said the refund would take 3-5 business days and yet it is over a month later and I am still waiting on the refund. Dealing with your company has been a big disappointment and a such a waste of money and time.

      When your company charged me an extra installment you had to refund the money at that time, which took only 2 days and now you are stating that it takes 2 weeks which has turned to over a month? I know what your response will be we have processed the refund so there is nothing you can do at your end... I don't think this would be an acceptable response to you if it was you that had to receive a refund and wait over a month.
