Placed an order for 2 skirts. One arrived, one didn't, but Fedex shows they delivered it...somewhere. My address is very similar to one down the road. I live at 19321 N. 78th DRIVE...I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. There is another address identical to mine that is 78th AVE, it's common for drivers to not pay attention and to deliver items to the wrong house. I DONT HAVE THE PACKAGE. Order number: c24988750508 and tracking number: 556237446068. This has gone on for nearly a month now. Fedex says they can't help me and I need to contact Lulu Lemon, Lulu Lemon says they dont' know where the package is and to contact Fedex. Either way I am out $75 and don't have the product or my money back. I would like a refund. I'm tired of wasting my time trying to contact lulu lemon and fedex to argue with them. No one can help me and keeps telling me to wait until they get more info...well i don't know what other info they are going to get...the item is not here and I don't have my money.Initial Complaint

I never received my lululemon order: ORDER IDC2******9853 which was placed on Sept 13, 2021 for one pair of shorts for $68.00. Fedex says it was delivered, however it was not. It was supposed to be delivered to the school that I work at, and I checked with all of the offices and people who receive mail, and no one has seen it or signed for it. I filed a missing package complaint with Fedex, and they reached out to me and started an investigation. They said that if I did not hear from them in 3 days to contact the shipper, Lululemon, which I attempted to do. I have spent literally hours on the phone and on a live chat trying to reach someone at the company, but was unable to connect with anyone because of unbelievable wait times. I called the Lululemon store where the order was placed by an employee, and they said once they place the order they cannot help at all. I am beyond aggravated. I just wanted to buy shorts in the store, the sales rep assured me ordering them online would be a fast and easy option since they did not have the size I was looking for, and now I am caught up in this online system unable to talk to anyone. The store clerk shared an email address with me for Lululemon customer service and said that if I emailed them I would receive a response within 48 hours. Seven days later, on Oct 4, 2021, I did receive an email back saying they would begin an investigation which would take up to four days and then they would get in touch with me. That was one month ago and no one has emailed or called me to follow up as promised, in spite of emails from me during that time. I did not sign for my package, I never received the package, at no fault of my own, and so I am expecting the item to be replaced or refunded.
