      I received phone calls from Brian trying to get me to sign up. He kept on trying to give me deals saying that I would get 30 days for free then 60 90 then six months finally I said OK because he said that I could cancel at any time if I did not think that this was a good fit for me. I have tried canceling it. I have not been able to set up my Mindbody because there is no support whatsoever. It has been nothing but time-consuming and costing me money on my end, trying to reach out to them. I have already contacted my credit card and shut that down. I have several emails saying that I cannot cancel until after subscription ends. It was supposed to be $200 a month starting in October And that’s if I wanted to continue because I was supposed to get 3 months for free. It is 295. Brian told me I had no obligation that I could cancel it anytime and I’ve been reaching out for the last couple of weeks try to cancel and they will not. This company scams you they say they will help you with setting everything up and there is no support. They are rude, never call back only emails. I have not set up my app They do not have any support you cannot do anything without them they only want to video chat. I signed up June a month later I still have not got any assistance they will not cancel until 2025. Please help me to resolve this I cannot afford it this is just been costing me money and taking up my time. I have vagaro cost $30 a month. It may not have everything that Mindbody offers but if you don’t get any support to even set up your Mindbody then it’s pointless. so please be aware of going with Mindbody. Make sure that you understand their policies because they did not inform me of any of this. Brian had told me that I could cancel it Anytime within my three month for free he never told me anything else and I never signed anything so I’m not sure how they are trying to uphold a subscription that I did not even sign. Please help??

      they play dirty pool. sign you up for their money siphon then trap you by making it impossible to escape. offer no support yet expect top dollar. they really should be investigated. this is criminal.

      Very cumbersome system and simply was not a good fit for us. There was no opportunity to decide if this platform would fit within your organization without being charged. After being billed 3 mos of service while I was trying to work thru set up, we decided that this platform was not a good fit for us. I called to request to cancel and was told that I signed up for a 1 year subscription and that I could not cancel. I asked for them to show me where I signed up for a 1 year commitment and was told that he could not see it on his side for me to look into my email. (SHADY) I searched emails and my docs and could not find where I signed up for 1 year commitment with them without a way out if I was unhappy. Since they could not show me where I agreed to this, I contacted my bank to block my card. I received a few messages from Gabriela Zometa advising that in order to cancel my account I would need to meet with the Client Engagement team to complete the cancellation and if I did not meet with them, then my request to cancel would not be processed. I attended the meeting as requested, gave my feedback and expressed my concerns. I felt like she understood and I left the call feeling like I had done everything requested of me to cancel. However, a month later, they decided to proceed with catching my account up by deducting $558 from my account even after I cancelled and completed the steps to cancel as requested. I asked G******a what type of company would want to try to make a cust stay with them to use their platform if it's not a good fit. She could not answer the question. This is bad business. I would not recommend. There are other companies that will allow you to try before you buy with no long term commitments. I would never trust a company that wants to MAKE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVEN if it's not a good fit for the customer. I have paid $1395 (over the course of 5 mos) for a platform that I cannot use and have no plans to use and they don't care.

      They take illegally advantage of you and your business. They put in button on the Google search that goes to their software download and charge you if someone books. You can only request a cancelation of your subscription, you have to wait for an email or a phone call and if you're lucky enough to get the phone call they can deny your cancelation and charge you. But to protect 60 days, they're customers. The service reps groom you by asking for me to understand policies, and that's the way the company does it and Xbox the client to be Mickey Mouse happy even though their grooming you to be screwed.

      If I would have read these reviews before giving away a "free" $169. I would have run the other way!?? They, "Mindbody," start off well when you're giving them your money, and our sales rep, Brent was as nice as can be until there was a problem(s). Texts, emails unanswered for over a week until I said that I'd write a review...then he responded. Hardly any 'real' people, bots are responding with repetitive emails and verbiage. 1 month later, our business STILL didn't get up and running with their software: 1. Changed my password 5 times. 2. My wife changed hers twice. 3. Card Reader NEVER worked on site even after spending 2hrs. with a tech to get it "running." STAY AWAY!!! 4. Closed our account over a month ago and they STILL stole $169. from our bank account even after the Mindbody reps confirmed that we terminated our services with them. My wife spoke to a Mindbody Rep 6/22/2024 and the person could not say whether or not we'd get our money back. All she did was send us an email repeating what she had just told my wife. Mindbody not only stole the money yesterday but it cost my wife and me a loss in a days work, costing us an est. $250. on top of the $169. I repeat...STAY AWAY from this company, you'll thank me for something that didn't happen. Disappointed, dissatisfied...it was an absolute WASTE OF TIME, what a NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!

      We closed one of our studios in April and we reached out to mindbody to let them know we wanted to shut down that site. We have previously closed down to other locations this year with no issues. They charged us in May and we called and said we called about closing down the site and they apologize and said they could see that in the notes and they would refund the money. We were charged again this month and discovered our site is still open even after calling LAST month and complaining. After four different conversations in two days, we discovered the NEW policy is we have to receive an email and set up a time via another email for a ZOOM meeting to discuss why we are canceling our mindbody site. The first available time is in two weeks. We closed two other studios this year and it was a matter of one phone conversation, and that was it … We were told today that they changed their policy since we close those other two studios. Our studio has been closed since April and now we have to schedule a zoom meeting to discuss how they can assist us…ridiculous… We no longer have a studio!!! We are closed!!!! We had the same conversation last month yet now it’s even harder because you have to have a zoom meeting. One person did admit that it showed that we had reached out about closing our location in April and yet we were charged in May. and that we had called about that charge. They said, unfortunately, the closing of this last studio was when they instituted this new procedure and apparently not all the staff understood the process. Horrible… frustrating I feel so sorry for the staff working for Mindbody when it’s such a cluster mess..

      Terrible company - total bate and switch scheme. I was guaranteed by the sales rep that I could have 1-hour access to my account. This timing guarantee was the ONLY reason I signed the contract. (That and he said I had a 90-day out if I did not like the service, but that has not proven to be correct either.) I contacted B**** *****s the Chief Revenue Officer via LinkedIN and said the rep charged my card but did not deliver the account access. Because of this breech, I was unable to launch my booking software in a timely manner. I wanted to cancel the contract. He said he'd look into it. Soon I was receiving calls from minions who all lined up to tell me my 1-hour deadline was unreasonable and no company could do that. They would certainly help me now. I told them too late - I was already working with Mangomint who set up my account within hours. They said too bad, we listened to the recording between me and their rep and have determined I'm unreasonable and will have to pay for 12 months. I immediately filed a complaint with my Attorney General. I am also having my attorney file discovery on them so I can obtain the recording they mentioned. Additionally, I am seeking detailed files of the sales reps actions to prove he did nothing but lie to me in order to get me to sign the contract. I have lots documentation and I'm willing to fight this Goliath. They are horrible - do not do business with them! Total bate and switch!

      I've had this software company for 10years now. I don't have the space nor the time to type here how much of a misleading rip off this company is. After a long period of time you are of course slave to them. Having all accounts and client information for your small business. Please if anyone is reading this review do your homework and research on other software providers. Do not go with MindBody Inc. Terrible negative experiences!

      This company should be turned in for illegally and unethical practices in continuing to charge consumers. I have created three separate request to close my account and stop billing the clients as the gym I purchased shut down. They never call and they never assist. I did not agree on any terms of contract as I bought the business and they will not honor my request to cancel. As a small business owner the site does not function and there is NO help to fix issues other than readying an article online. PLEASE do not use this business. What they are doing to small business owners and consumers is so damaging.

      I was told that I have a cancellation. I signed up a week ago. The on boarding was pointless. The person did not even speak English and kept asking me the same question over and over again when I told him that’s not the type of company that I am setting up. I requested to cancel, and they’re telling me that I am locked into my contract. And that the cancellation policy does not apply to me.
