      We ordered a sectional from MGBW in May 8, 2023. At the time the order was paid in full including delivery. We were notified by American West, our item was in a few weeks back. They wanted to deliver it in Aug, but we hadn’t passed papers on our home, so we scheduled delivery for 09.19.23. We received a called on Friday, 09.01.23 from American West notifying us they will not be delivering our item because they have not been paid for shipping costs by MGBW for months. We reached out directly to American West and offered to pay for delivery to my home or even pick up the item from their warehouse so they do not occur any additional expenses, but we have been denied. So my sectional is sitting in their warehouse until they receive word from MGBW who suddenly closed their plant 2 wks ago. We would just like our sectional and will gladly do what we need to have possession of it.

      Regretfully, the company of ******** **** + B** ******** recently and unexpectedly ceased operations and closed their doors on August 26, 2023. This unfortunate event left hundreds of employees without work, along with shipments distressed all across the nation. Less than two weeks later, after ceasing operations, ******** **** + Bob Williams filed chapter 11 on September 6, 2023. Like many vendors involved in servicing ******** **** + B** ********, we must wait for a directive. ******** **** + B** ******** is working with the courts. Bankruptcy lawyers will be sending out instructions soon. We must be patient during this process. While unfortunate, we trust the directive form the courts will come soon and we will do as directed. We are on standby to serve the consumer as quickly as possible once given the green light.

      I am filing a complaint against American West Shipping company regarding the failure to delivery two pieces of furniture I purchased from CostCo in April 2023. It is now July 12, 2023 and I do not have my furniture. My complaint regards the failure to deliver after four different confirmations from the company since June 2023. I spoke with a representative last month and was told that my furniture sat in a warehouse in Texas for over a month. I have complained to Cost Co and I have filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The delivery dates that I have been given by the company have been: June 21, 2023 from 10:30 to 2:30 pm July 2, 2023 from 10:30 to 2:30 pm July 8, 2023 from 12:30 to 4:30 pm July 13, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm And today, I received a fifth (5th) delivery date of July 18, 2023 from 1:30 to 5:30 pm. This is horrendous and this company should not be operating a delivery company in this country.
