    Having been a pet owner for more than 20 years and seen several different vets from different locations it’s my opinion that Edna Valley vet is the very worst and most incompetent vet that I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to experience. The bottom of the bucket !! When my pet was suffering with an issue that should of been very simple to diagnose Dr S****** completely misdiagnosed him on two separate occasions but did manage to run up an expensive bill but still no relief for my pet. On the 3rd visit Dr Alwen looked at my pet and he wasn’t much better either and misdiagnosed him as well. What Dr A**** did manage to do was attempt to misdirect me into buying their expensive food but still give my pet no relief. It was only when i found a different vet that my pet was diagnosed accurately on the 1st visit and finally given relief from unnecessary suffering. To make matters even worst when i contacted Edna Valley explaining that they misdiagnosed my pet on three (3) different occasions they completely denied any wrongdoing and was completely unaccountable. Not only is Edna Valley vet grossly incompetent but they’re also grossly unaccountable. This review is my opinion.
