Order purchased on 8-22-2024 paid $88.74 the price for the item I have issue with was $49.99.I purchased a pair of jeans when they were have a 30% off sale. When the order came this pair of jeans was a size too big so I asked today if I could exchange them to be told that anything that ends in .99 is a final sale however if you look at the items listed for sale it does not state that . I found it under the returns and exchanges and feel it should be listed on each item if this is the case and that this company is hiding or making it difficult so they can ******* consumers. I have attached another item that ends in .99 to show it does not inform the consumer its a final sale and also shows that its waitlisted. How can that be if its discontinuedBusiness response

5/28/24 I purchased two separate pairs of **** blue jeans. When they arrived, they did not fit so I went online and went to the start a return. I did not receive any correspondence back so I emailed again, and I did not receive any correspondence back. They indicated that I had to contact them within seven days which I did. and I had three days once receiving the shipping label to get the package back to them. I never received a shipping label and I fill my time is running out. I really would like my money returned and I do not know what else to do since they will not respond to my correspondence.
