*********************** "***" has taken a total of $4,800. from a project that he never planned to start, he has brought over to my house, a tankless water heater, mini split and 2 doors and window (that have stayed outside during sun and very rainy season). He stated that he had bought these items but has refused to provide receipts. It's going to be a year this 08/24 that he promised to submit drawings for permits to *********, he brought over another man who *** claimed was an architect and would be responsible for drawings, he took $2,800. to start this. 3 wk passed, no answ from *** to text and or ph calls, the other gentleman that *** claimed was an architect came by with the paperwk that *** asked me to sign to go to the City, telling me that he was sorry that he went along with ***'s games in an attempt to collect $$ from me and said he was sorry. Game me all my paperwk back and apolog, I immediately cld *** who denied and promised me friend was a liar, *** over another day and unplugged and electrical outlet that I had in the patio, along with removing pergola and other stuff , because he was supposedly going to start wk that week, he brought over the tankless water heater along with the mini split and asked for $6K, I told him that I did not have that but would borrow $$ from my 80 year old mother who this room was intended for, signed document that he had collected $2K.I will admit that i have no idea what was needed to start the construction and he took advantage of my ignorance and kindness. All I want is for him to return my $$ and he can take all the items. I recently found out that he is using drugs, took custody of his little boy from mother who is also using cocaine. Now, my biggest question is, are these items that he brought over stolen, since he has refused to provide receipts, him and friend ******* made the invoice, listed items that he dropped off. I cld ********** and inquired prices, who to my surprise were cheaper that what he had quoted me.
