I have been trying for weeks to get someone to contact me about a program i was interested in and even turned in everything they told me to get in and there has been NO contact whatsoever. I have even personally gone to speak with them twice but they are "not in office". I just feel that if im paying ****** for a program that they should at least be a lot more professional and contact me in some way as i was hoping to start already as they said they can start me in classes in December and still nothing.Business response

I looked up the student and she appears to be inquiring about information from our *********** campus. This campus is in **********, **. I'll have a representative reach out to her from the ***************** to see if we can connect her with ***********.Initial Complaint

I withdrew from the course yet I still received an invoice from them.I paid it because its not worth getting my credit dinged from them being so lazy to check accounting.Cannot recommend this company due to its business practices still billing people who have withdrawn from the courses and received refunds wow.Business response

I called our prior student today to discuss her refund request. She confirmed that she did receive a pro-rata refund in the amount of $1,882 for tuition related to the remainder of the program in which she didn't participate. However, as we are not a lender--all payment plans are overseen by an licensed third party--***************. Unfortunately, after our student withdrew, Tuition Option was still showing her an remaining amount owed of $385.50--which she paid. We informed her today that we will be submitting a refund in the amount of $385.50 and she was pleased with that outcome. We consider this matter resolved and are happy she brought this to our attention.Customer response

From a campus level, we have requested our former student's refund for processing. We understand she wants to wait to "resolve" the matter until she's actually received the refund.Initial Complaint

From the time I entered Pima Medical Institute its been problems after problems. Everything they said they would provide hasn't been valid. I have tried many times to work with them and it's just not working. They said that mostly everything I have learned I will be using in my externship. That's not valid. They placed my in a center that everything I have learned would be unusable. It looks like there staff wasn't doing the right research on this site. using me for there benefit. When I brought this up to there attention the representative said give it two weeks. Not validating my concerns he wanted me to continue there and I feel not say anything. When I spoke up the site didn't like it and told me to leave. **** took it as I walked off when I felt it was an unsafe environment for me. I had a meeting with upper ********** of **** and left that meeting thinking that they had a site ready for me. It has been now over a week and nothing. After emails and calls regarding my site finally the representative got me two interviews. But that was after the fact of me asking almost everyday. Come to find out that representative told his boss that I had decline a site that was never brought to my attention. I feel that I'm being punished for speaking up and bringing awareness to a site that **** has sending many students over not knowing what type of environment it really is. I feel so disappointed in **** what they had said they would provide is not accurate. I feel that there is no support for my concerns. But they say they are but only feels like punishment. If I hadn't spoken up I would be at a site that I feel is unsafe and not being trained on what I have learned. I have tried many times to work with **** but unfortunately at this point if you say you are going to provide a service and not come through people need to know before they sign up. The administration at **** need to try to take the students conservation and listen to us our concerns are valid.Business response

Prior to responding to complaint ID# ******** I would request that this complaint be combined with complaint ID# ******** since this is from the same individual (student) who has/is expressing continued concerns with her experience at Pima Medical Institute in **********, **********.
I feel it would be punitive / damaging to our institution to allow multiple complaints from the same individual related to the same concerns as this may appear to the general public that our institution has received complaints from more than one individual.
I can be reached at ************** if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
*****************************, Regional Director of Operations
