My experience with ******** was horrible.In September 2020, I paid her upfront to remodel my bathroom: $5K for her designs plus $17.5K for the remodelwhich I understood to be the full price of the project. When the construction had still not started by February 2021, I asked for my money back (less the money she had earned for her time spent giving me her design ideas), but she refused. By May 2021, she finally started the construction. Once the project was actually underway (and my bathroom was demolished), she told me that I needed to pay the workers directly for additional costs, and assured me that she would provide receipts to show me the need for the extra expenses. l reluctantly paid as I needed to get back the use of my bathroom. Over time, with repeated demands for more money, I ended up having to spend $15K in addition to the $22.5K I had paid upfront. She has refused to provide receipts, but the receipts I was able to get directly from one of the workers (who told me he had been told by ******** to NOT show me the receipts) showed that I was paying them 3x the amount that the supplies cost. By July 2020, ******** completely ghosted merefusing to respond to my numerous attempts to reach her by phone, text, and email. It is now January 2022 and after spending nearly $40K, my bathroom is STILL not complete.
