***** is the owner of ***********************'s her lack of communication ************************** I was getting concerned. I decided not to only to continue to contact her fb I then sent through *********** website. That is when she actually started to really respond to me.She knew in early June I needed my ******** Modern sweep skirt by Sept 2024..She said I would need to get the $ to her asap. She was paid in full $400.00 by June 14th.I have wool kilts from another woman that ALWAYS kept me informed. Her work is just as good as ******* even without the title..I wanted to give ***** a try. When she decided to finally contact me. It was getting rather close to the event I needed the sweep skirt for Sept 27th. Her lack of communication & lack professionalism. Cost me ANOTHER ****** to get the skirt here on time. If she would of at least paid for 1/2, it would of been a nice gesture. It should of been here way before the event. Sept 14th at the latest because i orderd it June 14th. Even at the end, she was difficult refusing to give me a tracking # til I paid the full ****** to get it, my trust was never questioned, hers should be. I have also found out on Yelp in neg way. To make matters worst she didn't even give me the right tartan. I asked for the ******** Modern which comes in a med weight, i clearly stated that the colors remind me of autumn..She sends me the Blue ********. When she sent me pictures of it , i knew it wasn't what I ordered but at this point it was better to have something then nothing. I left it up to her about the weight of the kilt. Never the color. I hope this review educates *****. Customers pay good money for wool kilts. Stay in contact with the customer. It shouldn't cost the customer more to get it to them. Because of the person not running her business in a professional way. I have every intention on sharing my negative experience about ***** **** aka "my kiltmaker" all over social ********* have proof of everything.
