Placed an order with Fairybloom on March 17, 2023. Order was delivered on April 1, 2023 however the order was missing 3 items (Imbricata "Blue Rose") totaling $60.00. Reached out to company twice via email over a two week period with no response. Please see supporting document showing invoice for order that was included with delivery.Initial Complaint

I sent a message to the Fairyblooms Instagram account on 11/16/22, before I ordered, with questions about the order I wanted to place. After 10 days with no response, but Fairyblooms actively posting to their social media account, I placed the order (11/26) because I needed part of the order for my work Secret Santa gift exchange which was going to be 12/13. I emailed her 12/1, asking for an ETA on shipping and explained why. No response. They marked the item as shipped on 12/5, but it was never dropped off to ***** I tracked it every day that week, but after 10 days with no response, I emailed her again on 12/6. No response. I emailed on 12/10 requesting a refund/cancellation for the order because it had been 2 weeks since ordering, and then THAT DAY, my package was dropped off to **** (5 days after marking it shipped). The package arrived on 12/13 and when I opened it, the heat pack I had paid for (to keep the plants from freezing) was rock hard and ice cold, the plants looked unhealthy, 1 plant was subbed out (w/o asking me if I was ok with a different plant than what I ordered) and another wasn't in the box. She marked an "X" next to it on the packing slip, like she was out of inventory. No correspondence in regards. I sent an email 12/15 requesting a refund for the entire order and offered to mail back the items in their original packing if she pays for the shipping label to do so. No response. No refund for the item I PAID for but that she did not put in the box. The items she did send look unhealthy/dying as well.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I bought a $25.00 gift card and was not able to access the link to redeem it. The link does not work. I've tried to contact the company via email and they are not responding.Business response

I purchased a plant through Instagram from Fairyblooms. I received the plant within a reasonable timeframe, however, the plant was improperly packaged. The roots were not in a medium to remain moist or protected. They were wrapped in saran wrap and because of this, the roots dried out. I attempted to rehabilitate the plant but after a couple days it was deteriorating quickly. Due to the nature of the plant being simply cuttings, I could not cut off dead parts of over 80% of the plant to propagate. I am now left with 2 stems. I've attempted to contact Fairyblooms through many different points of contact to discuss either receiving a replacement or a refund but they have not been responsive whatsoever. After viewing their ******** profile, it also appears that others are receiving the same treatment. Either being completely ignored, not receiving their orders, receiving damaged orders due to insufficient packaging...Since the remainder of the plant that I have is quickly dying I wish to receive my money back.
