I placed an order on 1/5/24 with the report that a bottle of scotch would be delivered by 1/11/24 to the ******* area. It is now 1/18/24, 2 emails sent to their "customer service" with no reply and still no delivery. I called my credit card company and had them cancel the charge. Terrible customer service if this is even indeed a true business. I wish I had come to the BBB prior to ordering from them.Review from Christy U

I placed several orders with this company on December 15th and all but one was delivered. I submitted a claim for via their website, and then tried calling, but the number is disconnected. I'm trying to find out if they're even still in business.Review from Steve H

I recommend that no one ever use this vendor. I submitted an order on 12/14/23 with the idea that there would be plenty of time for delivery by Christmas. Not only was it not delivered, there was no way to contact customer service via phone or email. Finally got my money back, but the Christmas gift never made it.Review from Mackenzie C

I placed an order on 12/13 for a gift that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. After the 5 business days, I reached out to customer service for a status update. I have sent a number of emails with no reply. The only replies are to tell me that items I have already ordered and paid for are now out of stock, with no refund to my original payment method. I have left voicemails for customer service and have only received one call back. I was hung up on when I answered the phone on that call. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and now all I want is my money back. I understand that shipping times can be longer during the holidays, but it was advertised that my order would be delivered before Christmas. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication and will never place an order with this company again.Review from JUDITH S

Ordered a bottle of liquor via 2nd day air on Dec. 15, 2023. On Dec. 23rd still not received and no replies to three email complaints. Also, even though I asked to cancel, my payment has not yet been credited.Never again!Review from Kathleen W

I have ordered and received twice now with this company. My first order came without any hitch. There was a problem with my second order which was resolved immediately, when I contacted customer service. I had my product here in two business days from when I contacted them. Can I give zero stars? Because this business produced ZERO product after accepting my money. I ordered a gift set of Bulleit Bourbon to be shipped to my father. Three weeks later, not only has it failed to arrive, it has failed to even be shipped. I tried emailing the company (that's their only contact info) and received zero response.I'm stopping payment through my credit card and would recommend avoiding this seller.
