These people all seem to be trained on how to thoroughly **** off a customer. It took many calls, which typically just ring off the hook or go to voice mail only to be unanswered, but I finally got an appointment to bring my RV in for diagnosis of leveling system. The dim-witted service advisor received diagnosis from mechanic and just proceeded to order the part needed with no coversation about the part, its cost and labor expense. I asked her to email me the mechanic's observation along with the part he was recommending, to which she agreed. I never received a thing further from her and then tried to contact the Service Manager. Again, no answers to numerous calls and voice mail messages. I then tried calling the General Mgr, only to be rudely transferred to a salesman who badgered me with a number of questions as to why I wanted to speak with him. I was lastly put into the G.M.'s voice mail and politely asked if he could call me back. A week has passed with no response. I've given up trying to work with these hacks and would advise anyone and everyone thinking about going to Holland Rv or Blue Compass for sales or service to keep your sanity and go elsewhere. This place is the worst of the worst dealerships. I've since heard many of the residents at *********** Resort, where I stay, have had very similar nightmarish experiences with them.Review from Andre R

I have seldom been so frustrated with any financial transaction as I have as a Holland RV customer. A neighbor of mine summed it up in a nutshell: "Everything is great up to the point right after a sale is made. Then, you will find it nearly impossible to contact anyone for help of any kind." I bought an RV in early May for over $130K and immediately found problems, such as an Engine light alarm, which turned out to be due to weeks of destruction by a nest of rats. I went into the service department, who suggested a place to have it taken care of rapidly (which they did). and to present Holland RV with the receipt (which I did). I have checked back weekly with personal visits, because it is rare to have anyone answer the phone , or even return messages. It is the end of July and though I was told numerous times "It was in the mill", I have yet to receive a check for over $1100 dollars. Same story about license plates. No matter how often I call or visit, people are unavailable or unaware where they may be. (apparently mailed without a tracking number). I could have picked them up, but no one informed me they were at the Holland RV facility. I understand people I dealt with are no longer there, or they are "off today", or otherwise unavailable. I have been around industry for over 40 years and dealt with customers and projects worth millions of dollars and NEVER seen such abject management disaster. Any company only concerned with sales numbers and not with customer satisfaction is hurting future business and sadly, it looks like that is the case here. By the way, the neighbor I talked about said he finally fixed his newly bought RV himself.Review from Gus D

A business is only as good as the attitude of its owners and managers. Holland Motorhomes (part of REV ****** does not follow the principles it espouses. Through much time and effort, I calmly gave them every chance, without blaming or berating them, to do the right thing. Even though they sold me a lemon, I never threatened a lawsuit. From the sales experience I thought they were sincere. All I got was being repeatedly ignored unless I pressed and pressed them. If your issue goes beyond regular service work, they wont talk to you on the phone. Get email addresses, do not waste your time leaving voice messages. Be persistent! This is an unfeeling corporation and no longer a family-owned business.We had a **** chassis issue that took months to get repaired. We had additional weeks spent to get multiple recalls fixed. I took the value of free campgrounds they offered as well as roadside assistance benefits into account when negotiating the price of the coach. We purchased additional warranties. I wanted these extended for the seven or eight months that we could not travel in the coach, and to have the benefits reinstated. I only asked to get what I paid for, nothing more.The General Mgr wouldnt return my multiple voice messages. I emailed my issues to the ** and was contacted by the Service Mgr who said he would call back with some help. That call never came. The ** tasked the Finance Mgr to send my requests to Corporate. Months passed, I constantly asked for progress. I asked to be put directly in contact with the decision maker, but that request was ignored multiple times. I finally gave up so I could live my life.Is this customer service? How good can you be if you dont stand by your stated beliefs? They could have saved a lot of their own time and money if they had just taken care of this early on. I cannot imagine that this company can continue in business for very long being managed so poorly. Do yourself a big favor. Stay away. Find someone else.Review from Lynn N

Took in our brand new trailer for repairs. After 4 months of it being in the shop it was finally done. Only then to have them damage it in transit across the lot. We reached out to the manufacturer to see what the problem was and as suspected it was Holland. They wouldnt send the proper photos so they could confirm it was under warranty. Holland wouldnt return our phone calls in a timely manner or even update ** with what was going on. I understand delays but this is unacceptable. And again I understand accidents but to now not be called back and told updates is unacceptable. Holland has made me feel like certain employees dont care how the customer feels. I just want my trailer fixed and move on from this.Review from Carroll S

I bought a Leprechaun from Holland RV in 2019. At that time i Purchased a GAP policy and lost my papers of this policy. I get no response from any one in the finance department, so now I am out $10,000 because of my inability to get a copy of this policy. Im very frustrated by this. How hard can getting a copy of this policy be. They sure were helpful when I wanted to buy a RV, but they are not standing behind what they are selling.Holland Motor Homes Response

I went to Holland rv San ****** looking to purchase a travel trailer. Was met with a grumpy English guy who asked all the wrong questions was very rude. We looked at 2 trailers I asked if there was anemore he said in your price range no. I said ok thank you let me talk it over with my wife and we can go from there.This guy processed to say if you arent going to buy anything then BE GONE i couldnt believe he said that I immediately turned around and walked away and went to my truck. He passed my truck nodding his head. Unbelievable what type of customer service is this I was so ****** I wanted to give him a piece of my mind. I was honestly going to pull the trigger and buy the 2nd trailer he had showed me but after his comment I took my business somewhere else.. I never have written a review before but that guy was super disrespectful. He needs to be fired
