      Worst solar company that doesn't hold up to anything they tell you. Customer service is the worst and non existent. You are promised the world and all they say is sorry your upset. They ignore your text messages and make appointments with you and never show up over and over again. I'm surprised they are in buisness stay away from solnova they tell you one thing and then it ends up not being true. Waisted my time since September with this company made 6 appointments for there ****** that never shows up sooo disappointed

      Im a solar rep waiting to get paid on 5+ commissions from Solnova that were installed and system is on since 6 months ago. They keep telling the installing company we will receive commission by a certain date and they never follow through with it.

      Where to start? Similar to others we signed the contract. No word for 3 months, we thought we were catfished. Felt bad at this point tried to cancel, but permits were already submitted so we would be out some money. Thought we'd keep going, can't get worse... It took roughly 2.5 months to get everything installed and turned on, which is weird because 80% of it was done in one day. But this person had to come back, this part was missing, etc. 4-5 trips later everything is great. Day of inspection, a pre-inspection visit notes a lock on the meter. Had to cancel and reschedule . So no one beforehand, with the 5-6 visits, could recognize that the lock would be an issue and let us know to get this removed? So two-three weeks later inspection is on again. Passes, great only extremely painful, but can't get any worse! Right? WRONG!!!!A month and half later we're getting $100+ dollar charges from the energy company. After calling SOLNOVA everyday for 2 weeks and getting nowhere, we call the battery company, we schedule a visit and we find out the battery had not finished being installed all the way and the **'s were installed upside down. So for this entire time we had a non-functioning battery.So now we're trying to re-coup our payments due to the negligence of the installers. SOLNOVA, said they will get back to us and we might get a resolution. So yeah SOLNOVA, watch out for them. Painful, painful and painful...

      Had a very good experience, so glad they have multiple options available instead of just one option and then try to convince me to use it Was very happy the option I picked. Doesn't go On my credit. And I got a $20000 tax credit and it's maintained for me. Most companies I talk to only have one option With no maintenance And a big loan on my credit and try to force you to use it. Thanks again

      First we were lied to told we would receive a $9000 Fed tax credit which we could roll back into our loan to keep payments at the Introductory level (email verifying) come to find out we were not eligible for the tax credit because ** retired. SS and pension do not qualify as earned income !! Your selling in 55 and over park you should know this important information because of this I have to pay an extra $50 a month towards the loan absolutely no contact or communications with the sales company they used ****************

      Im told creative energy is the sales department for Sol Nova shouldnt you bare responsibility for people who sell your product I would love to settle this but they will not respond your help would be appreciated if not theres only one option

      If there was a (negative star) that would be what I'd give them. All the reviews and complaints sound familiar. The guys who sold this raved about how the contractor gets their installs done way ahead of others who can take up to a year. I'm on six months now, have to get to BBB and angry to get anywhere. Not good. Very close to loosing a CASH Buyer for the sale of my home because of all of this. If I had a crystal ball and knew back August I would be selling, obviously would not have gone solar.

      *****, sorry to hear about this. We are at the mercy of permitting and utility jurisdictions. While we maintain great relationships and can pull jobs through quickly, occasionally there are bottlenecks outside our control. How else could we help?

      We have zero complaints. The install time was surprisingly fast considering how long the city takes for permits to come back. Everything has turned out pretty much how they explained to us. Access to **** and the office helped when we were not clear on a few things at first.

      Its been such March since it was put in. SDGand E has not received any information that the inspectors have been there to ok the solar. I talked to the County inspector while he was here. He said the City inspector is usually out right out after the county. Still has not been turned on and the air conditioning guy has still not here to install the air conditioner. Ive called both salesman. No calls. Im paying for the service but no service! Please help get the ball rolling and let me know if I should pay for service Im not receiving.

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of other organizations for final approvals. We will alert our ************************ team to get a more specific timeline from the inspector.

      At no point in time was my family notified about the team coming to actually transition the power to solar. Mind you it is summer time and they turned off our power since 9am in 100 degree weather and did not finish till 4pm with 3 children under the age of 5. At which point in time they never finished the job only to let us know that the job would be completed within 2 weeks. It has been well over that and at this point and we signed up for solar since May 11 reaching a 3 months. In regards to the company as a whole I can whole heartedly say this is completely unprofessional, inconsiderate and complete waste of my family's time. I would never recommend this company to anyone just based on this horrendous experience alone. AND MY HOME STILL HAS YET TO BE SOLARED POWERED.

Generally, we try to set good expectations that the approvals process does not happen overnight.       I will consider removing this as soon my home is completed as promised with optimal timing. I do appreciate someone actually reaching out to me make things right.
