      I purchased the new alloy, XP bat. About 3 to 4 days later, they release a new promo for pricing. And it is a significant amount of discount. I ask pro44 to Price match it. They said no, and they would rather have me return the bat and re-purchase. Which will cost so much more money and as well as resources that it wouldnt make sense to return it and then purchase it just to get the price match. It is a significant amount. Im not really sure if they really care about customer satisfaction, the ability to understand lifetime customer value. I even asked them to give me a credit instead of a refund. For some reason, the **************** didnt really care much. It took him about 3 to 4 days to respond to my email. Their chat bot is not responsive and terrible customer response for using a company in Central Standard time.

      Created a custom glove but the glove shown on the display didnt match my selections. I placed my order then immediately contacted support to question it and they confirmed the image didnt match my selections and I stated I wanted the glove I made not the one shown. They said its my fault their glove builder is innacurate. I finally got a manager to make the necessary changes I needed and went through the whole building process. I got to the shipping stage and never received an update after that. Do not do business with this company.

      We are very sorry that you had a bad experience customizing your glove. In order to deliver your custom glove as fast as possible, our system is automated to immediately send the order to the factory immediately after you check out in your cart. It is extremely difficult to stop the production line at the factory to pull gloves out for changes. That is why we include a check box prior to ordering that says: "I agree and acknowledge my custom product selections are correct, and once this order is placed, it won't be possible to modify or cancel the order. I also understand color shade may vary slightly from the builder as screen displays and natural materials can vary." It is always best to contact us through the *********** link located in the top navigation bar on the website prior to ordering if you have concerns about your glove. We are glad that we were able to accommodate your request and you were able to make the corrections to your order. Because those changes were made outside of our normal system the glove did not flow through the normal order notification process for updates. Thank you for your feedback here, we will take this back to our development team to work on new ways to improve our customer experience.

      They quoted 7 weeks for the glove to be made and shipped, it arrived in just over 5 weeks. The quality of the leather is great, built with quality and durability in mind. My son is a high school freshman playing at the Varsity level and was extremely happy with his new 44 Pro glove.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. But a $215 glove it tore up within a month. Getting anyone to respond is a waste of time. DO NOT BUY A GLOVE FROM THIS COMPANY

      HORRIBLE!!!Are they for real??? Ordered my grandsons glove on 11/24/23. Today is 1/24/24. It's 9 weeks!! You cannot speak to a live person so I sent an email asking where my order was only to hear that "It must be lost in transit'! Really? They never informed me that it shipped in the first place!! They asked if I would like for them to put the order through again!! Seriously??I demanded a refund but may just dispute the charge!! (I would give 44Pro ZERO STARS except that is not an option)

      The 5-6 weeks they give you as an estimate is no where close to accurate, I received an updated my glove was preparing for shipment at the end of the 6th week. When I emailed customer service to question why it is taking longer than 6 weeks and if they could do anything about it taking longer, they responded and told me its still 5-7 days before they ship the glove which means it will take a week and a half from the time the quality control was finished to actually ship the glove. And then I still had to wait for the entire shipping time. There seemed to be no sympathy or answer as to why the order is late. If you order from them dont expect good customer service and plan on 8 weeks and consider yourself lucky if it comes in the 5-6 they estimate.

      Absolute trash customer service. 5-6 weeks?! Lmao, what a joke, not even close. Thinking about calling or emailing for customer servicegood luck, VM is full, nobody answers, or replies to emails. Never again.

      Great company, excellent customer service team, and they deliver great products. I have ordered a few gloves through them, sometimes there are delays, but that is apart of the business and the custom process. Cant thank the company enough for giving me precious memories with my kids.

      Was worried after placing my order last week in May because I got updated every week then the final step I didnt hear anything for a couple weeks. Then I was told it shipped. I got Fed-EX updates weekly. It took 8 weeks to get. Finally it was here and reading these reviews I was scared but the glove is perfect. My son couldnt be more *********** wouldnt let me put in the 30% off when I ordered it and emailed them asking for it to be put on my card. They responded week later and said yes. I just received the 30% back today. I had to remind them of course because the glove was already here and I was told it would be back on my card when it ships. So very pleased with the outcome of everything because I was getting scared with all these reviews. Only thing I have negative is the lack of responding back to my emails. I was very persistent and made sure I emailed them everyday until I got answers. So in the end I won and am pleased with everything after it took forever.

      We ordered a glove on 5/13, I realized that my son can`t use a white glove to pitch so I sent a email right away , they replied on 5/15 at 9:02 am if would like to change color or cancel and get a gift card to let them know asap I emailed them back at 9:15 on the same day heard nothing till today 5/18 three days later that now they can`t change color or cancel I know this glove is no where near done and I have called over 55 times and sent 5 emails to which there is no available persons to answer your calls, at this point I would just like my sons money back. And for them to learn some customer service. Do not order from them
