I inquired about a wrap job on my new car the owner ***** reassured me that he had a *** technician to complete the dissembly and assembly of parts on my *** which I came to find out that that was not the case, and that unexperienced worker was working on my car. They broke multiple items and trim panels, taking it off my car on two different occasions I had to go and help the guy who is wrapping my car when I receive the car after what they call a Completed, Wrap and it taking three times as long, what they delivered to me was an absolute joke no professional wrapping shop would ever deliver a car like this. I gave them a second opportunity to retry it this time the owner did it reassured me that he would make sure everything was good when I picked up the car from him, everything seem to look all right until looking closely and finding lots of parts broken as well as missed edges that were not wrapped this wrap is supposed to last me 3 to 5 years and it is already lifting. I was also told that my car was ceramic coated the first time they said that it was done and the second time I do not believe that they ceramic coated it , there are multiple damages on my brand. New car trim pieces are broken. Exterior pieces are also broken and do not have the vinyl wrapping film over the entire edges. I have went around to multiple shops to get opinions on the raft, and each one doesnt believe a professional wrapped my car , the owner after I complained about ************ and sent over photos to him, told me that he was dropping me as a customer, but in the beginning he reassured me that along with me purchasing this Wrap job that I would receive extensive amount of customer service, and that if I ever had any issues, I was able to reach out to him which now I am unable to do I am having problems with my Wrap and he will not answer me. He has blocked me. I believe that I should get my money back and they should also pay to take the wrap off.
