Got a great fare, good website interface. I did have a credit card issue and had to contact support and ****** was outstanding and sorted everything out in minutes and called me back to confirm that as well.Oojo.com Response

I booked a flight from ** to ********* on May 15 for around $ 745, however, a few days later, got email saying my flight has been cancelled and the available alternative was a flight with layover 24 hours at a foreign city in *****. I asked for a refund and was promised a prompt refund at most a few weeks, now it has been 2 months, I have not seen my money. I asked the company for ETA but the response was refund was in progress but no firm date.With 2 months past, the company is making interest off my money, and I have a feeling that I may not see my money again, I have cancelled flights before with other agencies, it only took a few days, and this kind of practicing of delay defund is not acceptable. Is there a fine to penalize company running a shady practice ?Oojo.com Response
