    The entire process of buying our new vehicle was filled with misinformation that was given by multiple employees. Every step of the way resulted in a lie. We ended up having to pick up the vehicle because we lived within 100 miles of a vending machine. So it was a 90min drive from my house. The original pick-up date was pushed back due to the weather, which is totally understandable. We were then told we could potentially pick it up early if we kept checking back to get the status of the shipping. Though that was a lie. The first time they said it would be at the ******* vending machine at 9 am on 12/29/2022 and gave us the direct number and said to touch base with them the morning of 12/29/2022. So we did. When we got in touch they then said it would arrive in the afternoon and that we would get a callback to set up a time for the next day to pick it up. No call back was given. So we talked based later in the afternoon and they said that they did not have the car. We then touched base the next day and we then had a person tell us no one should have ever said we could get it early because that was not possible. So fine, we waited till our appointment on 1/2/2023 at 8 am. We arrived and the car was not there. Every employee had no idea what was going on and I did not receive my car until 4hrs later. We tried to call customer service to speak about this problem and they refused to send us through to the manager and proceeded to treat me like I was a liar trying to scam for money. Throughout this entire process, no one noted the situation correctly and did not listen to one concern. I would like to talk to someone that could resolve this issue or at least be able to offer answers. Buying a car from Carvana is supposed to be the opposite of going through a dealership. Though this experience has been worse. I was treated like I was a liar and a scammer and got jerked around at the will of the company. It was entirely out of the realm of how someone should be treated.

    This is a consumer beware complaint. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Caravana online and received a 2015 **** Within 3 days it started making a noise and the check engine light came on. I noticed them and they advised I would need to put a claim in with SilverRock which I did. Only to be told that I would need to find 1 of their authorized shops to get it checked out. I did and they refused to even touch the car/said to go to dealer! Well SilverRock they would authorize it to be checked by a dealership if I was willing to pay the deductible and get them to work with them. I called Carvana back to send the car back because I was not going through all that. They took the car back for an exchange of another one. It was a bigger lemon than the first one! This is bait and switch at its best. This was a huge mistake and bad experience! They should not be able to get away with what they are doing and taking hard working people money. Bad business behavior!
