      This is a consumer beware complaint. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Caravana online and received a 2015 **** Within 3 days it started making a noise and the check engine light came on. I noticed them and they advised I would need to put a claim in with SilverRock which I did. Only to be told that I would need to find 1 of their authorized shops to get it checked out. I did and they refused to even touch the car/said to go to dealer! Well SilverRock they would authorize it to be checked by a dealership if I was willing to pay the deductible and get them to work with them. I called Carvana back to send the car back because I was not going through all that. They took the car back for an exchange of another one. It was a bigger lemon than the first one! This is bait and switch at its best. This was a huge mistake and bad experience! They should not be able to get away with what they are doing and taking hard working people money. Bad business behavior!

      To file a complaint against Carvana, you can:Contact Carvanas customer service number and have them troubleshoot your problem.File a complaint with the state attorney generals office, the **** or the BBB, depending on the nature of your problem.Send a demand letter to Carvana, stating your issue and what you want them to do to resolve it.Write reviews on Carvanas website, ******* Reddit, and other third-party review sites to warn other customers 1.If you feel like Carvana is giving you the runaround, you can make complaints to other organizations and blast them on social media. The BBB is a great starting point for complaints. Just visit BBB.com to start your complaint. Social media works wonders, too. They have ******* and ******** accounts, and theyre eager to keep it complaint-free

      I spoke to 6 different people about the purchase of a 2016 **** Focus. We were told by 4 of them that once our "Bank" Cleared the check we could adjust our pick-up date. (We had a hard pickup date to leave for bringing my son to school). The individuals who spoke to me were more interested in getting me off the phone. Lots of back and forth with them. Finally, a person said that the others were not "accurate" in their statements and that we could not move our pickup date. I then called and canceled our purchase. I believe that Carvana's business practices are at a minimum, unethical. This is by far one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had. Lots of unneeded stress is created by their Agents.
