I ordered parts from .rc-race-and-drift-*****.com paid in full got an email from owner *************** that the Japanese post wasnt delivering to *** because of covid and he would ship package when they started back up. I found out a few mouths ago they were shipping to ** dont know when they started up again. I emailed them (*************************************) to find out about my order but didnt get a reply tried once again that was a few months ago wasnt sure what I could do which led to this complaint. My preferred resolution would be to get my parts I ordered a refund would be second best. I dont what happened to this business as the home page is down and I havent gotten replys to email but the order was already paid for it just needed sent. I had to wait for the Japanese post to start delivering again is part of the reason this complaint came so long after the order, I also wasnt sure what to do. I saved all emails related to this order. There was a business address on the web page that is down now the store owner name *************** web address www.rc-race-drift-*****.com and contact was ********************************* . My order was #***** He may have gone out of business I dont know.
