      I purchased a tank though **** and it disappeared and they could not retrieve it . I did not delete it either . It cost me 60 dollars too which was a huge ripoff because the tank really sucked.

      Playstation does not refund you for games that dont work do not buy from their store. They scammed me out of **************************************************************************** even tho its sold on their store!! Please help me receive a refund with playstation, they ended my chat and threatens to ban me if disputed the charge with chase. Deceptive practices and no help from chat

      Refuse to refund for unauthorized in-app purchases by minor. *** never asked for a refund and we have been good customers. They basically refuse to acknowledge that their platform makes such purchases too easy and even encourages this. To be treated like this is unacceptable. My family and I want nothing more to do with PlayStation.

      So my sone was permanently banned from his account. I'm like wth. Ok what did you do I swear nothing mom I had an argument with another player. Ok was there cursing? NO well here is says pornographic or obscene upload. WTH did you post. A fortnite picture that's it. Ok will I'm going to call and get a copy of content if its more then that YOUR IN TROUBLE. I swear mom. So there is no number to call getting ahold of customer service for ********************** is a joke. I literally sat on the computer until they opened for me to get immediate chat. My conversation lasted less than 10 min and there was 129 in que after I was just dismissed. No way I'm sitting back through that wait. So, they got in the account told me that the reason had been email to the account and disconnected chat. I told them I wanted a copy of the conversation and wanted to see the content. I did not know a picture of fortnite would be considered pornographic or obscene. There suspension and bans are ridiculous they give such veg reasons and when questioned they do not elaborate or show any proof. So do they even investigate when someone is reported or do, they just suspend. END OF QUESTION ON THERE PART> no communication, no explanation. just wow and the price they charge for games and extras is ridiculous and you can't get an actual conversation or proof of their claim. Yeah, another company so large no one does their job and get away with it

      Purchased sea of thieves on PlayStation digital store. Game has giving me nothing but issues from trying to link my ********* account to server connection issues, HDR color issues, dropped connections, trophy/achievements being locked out, the list goes on. I contacted **** within ***************************************************************************** I literally only have one hour of playtime and majority of that time was spent troubleshooting. In their guidelines for refund it states less than two weeks from date purchased and no download with exceptions for issues. I stated to the online agent (cant speak to someone live) about all the issues and the agent didnt care stating guidelines prevent refund because it shows I downloaded it, I went on to the agent in their same guidelines it says exceptions will be made for issues. The agent didnt care and told me to contact developers of the game and closed the chat on me. Honestly this is very unacceptable that a company can take your money, deliver problematic product and just point the finger at someone else. Unless millions of people came to request for the same issue, we will just be ignored. Long time PlayStation user here since 2017 and I have never requested a refund prior to this, they just lost me for good. Completely unacceptable companies are allowed to do this. A lot of us work very hard for our money and should be treated with more respect. Last money I will ever spend with a company that has guidelines that s**** over the buyer. Should be like Steam by valve, their guidelines are simple, 2 weeks or 2 hours of playtime whichever come first. If there is exceptions for issues in PlayStation guidelines, why was I denied a refund purely because game was downloaded, how can one figure out if there is an issue without even trying the game to begin with. These guidelines really need to be looked into and addressed. Clearly false statements were made and to me thats bad business practice.

      *** show24 download didn't send me Cornerstone Players season 1 or 2. I've talked and emailed them! No help!!! I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game!!!! I asked Playstation and the company that makes the game to resend the Info!!! It been a week!!! Nothing!! They send Info all day everyday! If can't resend it, then I want my money back!!! I can not complete the Game, without the cornerstone Players ***24 Playstation 4. Thank you for your support ??.

      On Saturday 6/8/24 found out that ************* 2 had *** release on 6/8/24. I loaded up my PlayStation and went to the *** store to find the **** I clicked the ************* 2 game icon and it showed a upgrade purchase. I accidently hit X and it instantly purchased and downloaded. I think this could of been because i had funds in my *** wallet. Still it should of had a confirm purchase pop up but it didn't and just instantly took my money and downloaded. I started reading the content description and it said the *** came with the upgrade. I figured you needed to pay this anyway for the **** Come to find I was wrong. I went to bed and woke up next day 6/9/24 and went to load game. There was no **** Instantly my PlayStation started downloading the **** I was confused and looked up on ****** that the *** was free to everyone. So I didn't need this upgrade I accidently purchased. I contacted PlayStation instantly and got the run around for like 2 hours and they just said there was nothing they could do because it downloaded already. I'm very disappointed with them. I feel like a one time courtesy refund was a simple answer to this error. I feel like this was very deceptive on PlayStation *** store. They game me a address for consumer affairs and told me i could write them a complaint letter but it would inevitably be the same outcome. I will still write them. I feel like I was robbed of $16+tax. I would not recommend anyone use the *** store while you have funds in a *** wallet. There is no safety against a miss click.

      Charged me for a subscription that had been canceled months prior. Then, refused to refund the amount and froze my account. I will never again provide any payment information to **** in the future.

      They wont help me to recover my account so buyer beware. Please dont turn on 2 step verification on so if you lost them in your auth. app your out of luck no refunds no nothing.
