About a month ago (late October), my partner and I purchased an ** 77" OLED TV that was advertised for $2499. The store, in **********, offered us a $300 trade-in credit for our existing *** So we ended up paying $2199 plus tax for the *** About two weeks later, the Video Only advertised the same TV for $2099. I called the store to get the difference back and they told me that I had to come into the store and bring the original receipt. A few days later, we went to the store and presented the original receipt. At first, we were told that the price went up again to $2199. One of the employees said that he would honor the $2099 price... so far, so good. When they computed the price difference, however, they did not include the trade-in value my original TV, which they have already taken from my house. So, they only offered us a $100 difference, not the expected $400. After speaking with the regional manager on the phone and trying to explain to them that they had essentially "stolen" our original TV, we were still not able to get our expected difference of $400. When asked about getting our old TV back, they said that they did not have it anymore. This was an extremely frustrating experience with Video Only. They had basically stolen our original *** The store, finally, did offer us a five-year warranty for our new *** A cheap alternative to getting the cash back, in my opinion. Let alone, who knows if they will honor the warranty.Initial Complaint

1.DID NOT HONOR their mistake.2. Force to cancel our order AFTER we got paid up front and there for pick up, all due to their own mistake.3. Raised voice on us and threatened to call police only because we ask why you cancel our order after we paid and drive 40 min to store for pick up.And this is from the store manager *******************, he could have called before to cancel , instead, after everything is confirmed and PAID, we drive 40 min to store to pick up, he is extreme short tempered, impatience, and canceling our order IN OUR FACE and ask us to leave.he said it's his employee's mistake not his, and 'i'm not responsible for my guys' ' you should talk to the guy who sold you this' 'i have no responsibility to check before hand' ' i dont have to call you ( to inform the mistake'but apparently , you shut your customer down in their face , with some apparently wild west 'manner'never saw any store manager like this, *******************, you **** at being a store manager. i hope you honor your child's promise and don't treat them the way you treat your PAID customers.
