After many attempts to reach Snap Fitness, I was finally able to confirm cancellation of my membership on 8/6/2022. We recently had some other fraud on our accounts, and did an audit-- discovering that Snap Fitness has continued to charge the monthly fee since cancellation. Total of $799.00 ($838.95 less the 1 month notice , I can understand that the 9/1/22 payment would be owed) .I have email confirmation from them of the date of cancellation. I have bank statements with every charge ( 4/30/24, 4/1/24, 3/1/24, 1/31/24, 1/2/24, 12/1/23, 10/31/23, 10/2/23, 8/31/23, 7/31/23, 7/3/23, 6/1/23, 5/1/23, 3/29/23, 3/1/23, 2/1/23, 1/3/23, 12/1/22, 11/1/22, 10/3/22, 9/1/22 ) Attached are screenshots of the 2024 charges, as well as the confirmation of cancellation. Again, after several repeated attempts to contact Snap Fitness by phone and email I finally spoke with someone at the gym who advised he would give my contact info. to the owner. We received an email today stating: " It is unfortunate that you didn't bring this to our attention sooner. As a courtesy, we would be able to refund you for three months of membership to the original payment method. Since this information is no longer in our system, we need your credit card information so that we can process the refund." The billing error is on their end, and a 3 month refund is unacceptable.
