I recently used this limo service for an event to take clients to ******, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The air conditioning in the limo was not working, and it was told to the driver upon arrival. This made for an extremely uncomfortable ride, especially in the summer heat.The driver was clearly not competent to navigate city traffic, creating dangerous conditions for everyone in the vehicle. To make matters worse, the limo arrived late to pick us up from the event, which left a terrible impression on our new clients.We ended up having to call Ubers for some to get everyone home, which added unexpected costs. ******* from the service claimed the A/C issue was an "act of God," but it was clearly broken upon arrival. The 20% discount offered did not come close to covering the additional expenses we incurred.I highly suggest avoiding this service. It was an unprofessional and costly experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.Review from Jacci B

The Cadillac truck was very nice and clean. The driver ***** did not have the best customer service or communication. I was trying to communicate with him about his ETA and the kind of car he was driving. ***** was not listening to me and only stated what time he was suppose to arrive at my destination. I would use this company again and ask that I get any driver besides *****.Review from Mary Ann F

Amazing service! My executive had a fairly tight schedule and needed to get to the airport quick, and requested for a car service. I only had 24 hours to get it all figured out. I did some research online and decided to shoot my shot with Limo SF VIP. I made a request for a quote and within ***** mins, I received an email from *****, who was fantastic from beginning to end. Everything was arranged and confirmed within 30 mins. The swiftest and most seamless service. I also appreciated the status updates via text and email: who the chauffer was, when he left and arrived, and when my exec was picked up and dropped off at the airport. I will definitely look to Limo SF VIP for any car services for my exec. Thank you for the outstanding service!
