I've been playing Dragon Story for 10 years. The game has always had bugs and issues. You would randomly get bumped off, especially if you were trying to visit friends. Eventually, I quit visiting friends. In the past 2-3 years, getting the game to load has been ridiculous. It can take days, weeks, and even months that the game will not load due to "This is an online game. Try again" pop up. Contacting Storm8 is useless. They will tell you they are working on the issue and your case is listed as resolved. You're also told to keep your game updated, but the last update was 3+ years ago. Storm8 Studios keeps the ad in the app stores up to date with ongoing events to target young kids. They have not provided any App Privacy details to Apple, so who knows what the game is doing with gamers information. Complaints to Storm8 or Apple go nowhere.Storm8 Studios is only interested in kids and new players because this is where they make all the money.

I dont know if Storm 8 has new owners bout since I heard that they sold the business to some greedy owners, the games changed in the past years especially with games like Bakery Story, Restaurant Story and Fashion Story. Unfortunately, it has gotten boring and harder to get goals completed now. They barely give you time to complete the goals. They added too many foods and added more time for some foods to complete. The former owners use to put lots of designs for us to buy with coins and now with the new owners, the same designs I bought with coins, you can purchase with 25 diamonds. Diamonds are not easy to get in this game. Holiday sales on designs are all mostly diamonds so you wont be able to purchase nice designs because you dont have enough diamonds. The designs for goals are small that its not worth playing the goals . The former owner would put them for us to buy with little coins. Now there are ads when before we never had ads, when we get the ads , the game starts buffering that I have to shut my phone off to restart it to get in the game to play. I sent messages about the time given about the goals and the buffering and the new greedy owners just dont care what players complains about, they just want that money. If you have a life, trust and believe you cant finish these goals on time. If you work, go to school or miss one day of playing goals, you wont make it to complete it. It has gotten bad that I already deleted Restaurant Story and Fashion Story and Bakery Story is going to be next to be deleted. You are better off playing other games. I would give it a zero star, if I could.

Owner needs to be deported to somewhere else. Piece of **** brags about making addictive games for kids and causing gambling problems.Removing trash like this and their families from society should be priority #1.

So I have played on and off for like 6 years. After not playing for like 3 years now, I just started playing like 2 or 3 months ago. Now I remember why I quit. I have so many complaints but very little time and not many characters to type it. So, Im go with the top 3 for me1) Expensive items in store: For example, one item cost 50 gems, theres a pack for 50 gems that cost $10. That one item cost $10?!!! Really?!!2) Lack of Customer Support: This one is the biggest for me, because any problems or concerns and you will have better conversations with your wall then them. Not joking. You send them an email and they close your case and tell you to visit the forum where their team aka (Gold Diggers) constantly check them. Good luck with that since they are NO longer taking new forums! WTF!3) They are money suxer vampires: Love how they put an ad of their packs once you log into your bakery/Fashion/restaurant etc. So you can accidentally click on the button to purchase. (Sarcasm). Funny how its the really pricey ones that come up too. (Not really funny). Message to current/former and potential players: If I can help one of you before getting into this mess, then Im a happy camper. Stay away from any of their games! If you are doing it to find friends or help your depression like me. There are cheaper and better ways of doing it. You might feel like you cant because you invested money, look at it this way. If you stop now, it will be less money they will get away with. Good luck!
