Purchased an under water drone unit from them and it never worked out of the box. After repeated attempts to get a resolution, the company ceased responding and no refund or replacement.This company is a scam and should be investigated by law enforcement.Initial Complaint

I purchased a powervision underwater drone on July 29, 2022 for my sons 14th birthday. After many attempts by multiple technical savvy people we were unable to get drone to work. I made multiple attempts to contact anyone by phone where no one would answer and several messages left with no return calls. I ultimately received technical help via email and after multiple efforts back and forth we were unable to get the drone to operate. Finally they advised me to return the drone to a ****** ** address which i did regretfully on 12-1-22 with my own money for $100.38 via Fed ex and was delivered ****- 2022 to their location. Since that email i have sent at least 5 emails and 2 voice messages with No response. I have since reviewed ratings on Amazon and many have the same complaints. I originally spent $955.41 on this item plus my return shipping. I have all documents if needed. Thank youBusiness response

For this customer, our RMA number is *****. We have sent a brand new product to the customer through Amazon on January 31. Not the product after repair.

I purchased the PowerVision Power Dolphin model from the company on Jun 2, 2022. On first use, it worked fine. Second use a few weeks later, it would not connect to the controller. Upon examination, I could hear water inside the unit and it ceased to work at all. I called customer support and left a message. Then I called and left another message. And another, and another. No one ever responded. I was finally able to connect with them after Amazon customer support intervened (I purchased it thru the company's store on Amazon.) They finally agreed after several weeks to issue an *** for the unit. It took almost 3 weeks to get the *** label. A month after they received it, I finally got a response saying they would ship a new unit out to me asap. I have reached out via email several times since then but have received no response.I have been fighting with this company to get a new unit or a refund for 5 months now. I currently have nothing to show for the almost $1000 I paid for it. No defective unit. No refund.Initial Complaint

Purchased new product from them, PowerDolphin. It was defective and broke within 45 days of purchase. Sent them all requested information including pictures clearly showing the broken shaft rendering the product inoperative. They responded stating they would replace it. I requested RMA, where to send it to. They never responded. Have sent 6 emails and 12 phone calls and no email or call was returned. This is fraudulent behavior and the company may be insolvent. However no response is not acceptable for a new product. We previously purchased 3 of these units for use in an environmental program to monitor ***** reefs. Our project is now on hold due to this companies inability to back the products they sell which by the way they are still sending out sales blasts to buy their product.
