      I am leaving a five star review because B-STOCK performed as represented. I had an issue of concern and they answered the phone on the second ring and I got to talk to a real person who wanted to help me. The shipping was very fast, a week from auction close from 1/2 way across the country. What I received was identical to the manifest,Here is where B-STOCK and its sellers get into trouble. When I say trouble I am talking about violating the consumer protection laws of almost every state (B STOCK wants customers to believe they have no responsibility for the quality of goods they auction off, sorry, you are liable for lots of things and will be named and have been named in litigation).The sellers overstate the retail value of the goods they sell to make buyers think they are getting a great deal. Legally they can only claim a retail price if the merchandise has been sold at that price during the proceeding 90 days. The merchandise here with some exceptions has gone unsold at retail for much longer. If it would sell at retail it would have been sold and not be in a liquidation auction. So, to be legal the seller should say we tried to sell it at $X retail and couldnt do it. The price you are able to sell manifested goods at is more likely half or less of retail, or, something to that effect. You are not going to be able to sell it at the price we quote as retail. That price is for information only. BStock has lawyers let them figure it out.I will do business with them again. They are upfront with ALMOST everything.

      They sent me things from ****** that are not up to date, everything is old things that cannot be sold and the makeups are not worth it. They only sent face masks and many packets of cotton swabs and two small pallets of eyes shadow that in the stores are worth $3 dollars and that's all, nothing is good, don't waste your money, I pay about $1,200 of stuff and I dont even think Im getting 10% back in what I got, I wont be buying from them ever again..

      Having the different channels for each vendor makes it hard to watch. I can benefit from a timer or reminder pop up for all items Im watching.

      I wanted to share my experience with ****************************. While I have only listed one stock on the platform, the process has been far from straightforward. When I last attempted to list an item, its status remained "Processing" for over three weeks. Considering the platform charges $99 per month, this was quite frustrating. If I hadn't canceled my subscription, I would have been charged for two months just to list a single stock.Despite several attempts to contact their support team via email, I did not receive a single response. What ultimately prompted me to leave this review was the way my listing was handled after I canceled my subscription. After waiting weeks with no progress, I decided to canceland the very next day, my listing was rejected because of the cancellation.I even reached out to their team, expressing a willingness to relist if they could address the issue and make things right. Unfortunately, I received no support or follow-up. This lack of communication and efficiency is disappointing.Given my experience, I would rather take my chances on platforms like ***** which offer more reliable support and faster processes. I hope **************************** can improve its customer service and streamline its processes in the future.

      I won an auction from Costco appliances and the order was shipped in a timely manner and the trucking company provided great logistics for when I was going got receive the load. This order from Costco was 100% what was manifested, and the condition on the scratch and dent load was very good. I have made 2 other purchases in the last 3 years. both other purchases were loads from Best Buy scratch and dent and they were very poor in shipping the products that were on the detailed manifest. roughly 60% accurate and a high percentage of unsellable units. I blame Best Buy for the discrepancy as the product shipped from their Kent wa. whse. the B-stock platform has always worked good for me. Very happy with the quality and accuracy of the Costco load, They seem to know what they are doing.
