American eagle roofing came recommended for roofing job. On the first day American eagle roofing"employees" tore up roof before laying ice/water shield and tar paper down. After they were finished for the day, my daughter decided to go and take a look at the work that had been done so far. She decided to take a walk up on the roof and be sure they replaced rotting/loose boards as stated in the contract.And upon her " inspection" there was many "soft spots and loose boards that weren't repaired. My daughter came in and told me about this. She decided to **** a big X with chalk so they could see that the next day. I also want to add that one of their "employees" asked one of my family members for money for a repair of a fascia board! Tere was no repair of the rotting fascia boards, also stated in contract. I contacted American eagle roofing, and was told that the repairs to the loose/rotting boards would cost more. I also mentioned fascia boards that weren't repaired. I was informed that the pictures taken by American eagle"employees", would be looked over and would be contacted the following day. I haven't heard anything back! I feel I was completely taken advantage of and paid for a cover up job! I believe the job was rushed and incomplete due to the fact that American eagle employees' they don't get paid by the hour, but by the"job".
