      Don't apply!!!! In early December 2022 I applied for a position TrueCare24 posted. I have excellent education and work history. TrueCare24 contacted me immediately, first by email and then by phone. I completed EVERYTHING TrueCare24 asked of me for onboarding, with confirmation emails showing completion of all the requirements. I was told I would be contacted by someone from the "management team" shortly after Christmas. I did not hear anything, so in early January 2023 I reached out to the TrueCare24 representative who initially emailed me. I was told I would hear something soon. NOTHING. I called and left a message approximately one week later (because NO ONE is EVER available at TrueCare24 to answer the phone) asking for a return call please. NOTHING. I also emailed AGAIN asking for an update, and asking if I should move on to another career opportunity. NOTHING. I was very nice up until today when I called and left FOUR messages (because still NO ONE available to answer the phone), asking for a call and stating it was urgent. NOTHING. If TrueCare24 decided to hire someone else, or not fill the position, the courteous thing to do is to communicate that. Instead, I have lost a month of precious time, and potential clients have lost out on extraordinary care. Such a shame that this is a company offering care to the seniors in our communities....Currently trying to remove my profile from their website, since I am not an employee. No success yet. Look likes it may take legal action to get it removed.The only reason they got a 1 star from me is because you have to pick 1 star at minimum.

      This outfit conducted Covid testing in **** ****** on January 7. Here it is Jan. 12 and I have not received test results. Their chat rep said go someplace else. End of report. Period.

      First of all, we are glad that the customer reached out to our support team. We have some additional information to provide regarding this scenario. Our teams do help to provide covid testing services to the community in Hawaii. We had two recent developments that unfortunately led to the bad outcome of the patient. First, the courier responsible to deliver the results to our lab partner marked the package as delivered, but this information was not correct. In other words, we expected results to be processing when in fact they were not. We do apologize on behalf of our courier as this is unacceptable. Next, the lab staff had an outbreak of covid which resulted in limited staff; combined with the massive spike in the demand for testing and results, this customer had a unsatisfactory experience to put it mildly. We do apologize for the experience. We have seen massive demand increase combined with unpredictable challenges that make it difficult to provide excellence every time. We are working to make this an isolated incident, to implement procedures for routine excellence, and hope the patient comes back to us in the near future as we work to provide covid information to patients in a timely, reliable way. A final note, the full picture didn't become clear to us until late on the 12th (when we expected to have results and discovered the deeper problem), and communication to all impacted individuals was sent out early on the 13th. We certainly understand and feel the frustration from the circumstances.
