      From January 2021 to date, I have had a contractual service agreement with Stellar Literary relative to the promotion of my published books.Three of my books were republished by Stellar Literary; other services were incluive of book videos, radio interviews, eBook development of the three books, two promotional Book Fairs, NY Times ************** Book Illustrations, Social Media ************** ******************** Book Reviews. Audio Books, Hollywood Screenplay adaptation, and Amazon Book Reviews.

      I am a client of Stellar Literacy Press and was presented with an offer from ********** to buy my book. The agreement was for no less than ********** My agent *********************** told me his company had verified the agreement. I had invested ***** for the book reviews. I was then two other times to invest more money. This was a great deal of money .I began to research the offer and found out it was a scam. I since reached out to Stellar to get a refund and terminate my contract due to section six termination with cause, to avail. I have also reached out to the *** *******************

      On 7/15/23, ***************************** and I, *****************************, agreed that I would have ****** Literary publish one book in my name, and republish two books in my name for the price of $2000. I made a payment of $2000.00 on 7/15/22.When I did not receive a receipt or any response after I sent the payment, I filed a dispute with my credit card company on 7/22/23.In a conversation on July 29, 2022, ***************************** informed me that the $2000.00 was not enough to cover the cost to have all three books done. I agreed to send an additional $900.00 to cover the cost of all three books. The total amount of $2900.00 would cover the "Bronze package $799 + Ebook Availability $250 + Hardback Availability $250= $1299/book" and two "Rebranding | $800".On 9/1/22, **************** took my additional payment of $900.00.On or about 11/16/22, I received two DocuSign agreements, a Card Authorization Form, and a Service and Distribution Agreement from ******************************************************* Both forms were associated with the Reprodution Gold package and my book "Don't Turn Your Back III - The Funeral." I did NOT sign it.On 11/23/22, I responded to the Email of DocuSign agreements sent by ******************************************************* stating the wrong contract had been sent and I detailed the reasons why. I did NOT receive a response.From November until 3/16/23, I have been working with ******************* to prepare all three of my book to be completed. On March 16, I signed DocuSign agreements for all three books authorizing Stellar Literary Press and Media to proceed with the publication of my books.On April 26, I called ******************* and asked what was the status of my books. She stated they were waiting for me to sign the invalid Reproduction Gold contract.**************** has NOT addressed the contract error. I have made every effort to resolve this matter amicably. Stellar Litterary is not acting in good faith, and has NOT honored our agreement.I want my $2900.00 refunded or my books published as requested.

      I hired Stellar Literary to do some work on my book. The first agent ***************************, did a great job, until she left the company because of personal problems. My case was turned over to ********************* her boss. The book work was finished and it was published under my pen, ********************* Publishing. I was supposed to get 3 copies, royalties from sales, and they were going to approach traditional publishers to sell the rights. I bought a couple copies and the book results are great. I was supposed to get a link to a portal where I can buy books at printing cost. Here is where it came off the rails. No cookies, no royalties, and no contact! I have tried multiple phone calls that all go to voice mail and emails that never get response. I have signed contracts with the deliverables I have discussed and I still own the rights to the book, but once Mellory left the project to be honest it has gone to h*** I have been down other paths with other marketing and publishing companies l, but this is the first one that started out great and then just stopped. I have a feeling this has happened before to other authors, but they had a good BBB rating. ******* was really great and the book is much better because of her efforts but they should deliver on the rest of their commitments.

      Stellar Literary Media Company published my book, BELIEVE DARE BECOME that contained material errors not found in the manuscript I sent them. I have contacted them on multiple occasions to remove the book from the market place, so this does hurt my credibility. I own the rights to this book and I am not asking for any refunds. I just need this book removed!

      Initially, the client had sent us a copy of their manuscript, and we worked tirelessly to ensure that it was prepared for publication. We even sent an agreement to the client for approval, and they signed off on it so that we could move forward with publishing it. However, later on, the client began sending a lot of corrections and changes that needed to be made to the manuscript.Unfortunately, since the manuscript had already been published, it was not an easy task to make these changes. Despite this, we understood the client's request and remove the book which were completed in January of this year. For your reference, I have attached the relevant email correspondence to this message.

      I paid this business $2200 on May 26 for them to get my book republished. There's been no progress and it's been one story after another to swindle me out of more money. I want my money back.

We got the author's feedback around August that he approved the manuscript's format. We sent book cover samples to the author last August 1, and he wanted it to be a jacketed case laminate book cover. There was an internal delay in the making of the book cover, but we were able to complete the project this week. We have sent the Marketing and Printers references to the author, and he said he'll do it. We'll send the Galley Approval form once Marketing and Printers references done. Business is now responsive and keeping me updated with the progress of the publication.
