Not happy at all had to sit on this for a minute. Brought my vehicle in recently for a repair estimate through insurance. When I came back to DNA for the estimate. DNA already began the repairs. I felt obligated to go through with it. I informed my insurance company. My insurance company said that DNA had already sent them the estimate and that I could not get another one now that it was in the system. I was very clear with both insurance and DNA prior to drop off that my vehicle had lost power and was not shifting correctly and making noise that it needed to mechanically and cosmetically diagnosed. DNA assured me that my vehicle would repaired inside and out that my car was in good hands. DNA told me my vehicle repairs were completed. I picked my car and found a new dent on the rear of my trunk. They said no need to make a claim we will take care of it to bring it back and pick up a rental. My car was repaired again this time I was able to feel it out. I heard noises I did not recognize and the same concerns of it not shifting correctly and losing power esp. ******. I went back to DNA I was told that they had to reopen the claim and that they could do it on their end. And that they needed me to make a good for them before they could start on it so that my insurance company could see it. So I did. Trusting them. I later looked on my app to see if the claim was reopened. There was no activity on my app. I called my insurance. My insurance says that DNA only does body work which is not what DNA said. After picking up my vehicle for the second time after DNA confirmed that my vehicle was damaged in their care. The check engine light illuminated. I brought it back to DNA was told that the check engine light indicated low oil. Not trusting them at this point. I left DNA and had a near by shop do a reading on my vehicle and SEVERAL OTHER CODES POPPED UP. This is the second time DNA has started repairs with out consent n given me the run around.
