On June 17, 2023, I paid Telltale Games $47.69 for the deluxe version of The Expanse game to include the bonus episode: Archangel. As the episodes were released 2 weeks apart, it would not be known to me that Archangel was not included in my purchase until November 3, 2023. I contacted Telltale on November 17, 2023, and was instructed to perform some basic troubleshooting and provide them a proof of purchase. I did so the same day, then never heard back. As they do not have a phone number, I sent two follow-up emails on December 9, 2023, and January 18, ****, with no response. I also filled out another contact form around the end of the year but I don't have the exact date. The Archangel game by itself is $5.99 plus tax, so if I want to play it, I will be required to pay that extra amount when it should have been included with my original purchase (to be downloaded on November 3).Customer response

Subject: Message from BBB.orgHello, regarding Case ********, I went to buy the add-on for $5.99 and it gave me an option to "buy" it for free. It did not offer it to me for free until I clicked to buy for $5.99. At any rate, I have it now and I did not pay for it as was supposed to happen. Please close my complaint as the issue has been solved. Thanks, Christian
