Business ProfileforJB Piano Company

I bought a piano a used piano ********* which is suppose to be of substantial quality.I paid cash big mistake. Then after the piano was delivered it was grossly out of tune two keys in particular. The owner of JB piano, came out to tune it, left and when I went to play the piano the same two keys were still really off. I told the owner that I was going to have my regular piano ****** person tune the piano. In response to this the owner came out the following day and re adjusted the lower register to a lower pitch I presume to try to make the piano sound less out of tune I don't know. *************************** was so sure the piano was in perfect tune why did he have to take another hour to readjust the lower register? After he left the piano was worse. So I have been begging and pleading with ******** to take back the piano since he in person reassured me and my husband that he would make good and make us happy. Which for me was remove the piano and refund my money. second day of pleading I suggested that he remove his merchandise and I would leave my trade in piano for Wood **** to sell as my payment to him for delivering the piano and removing the piano which I thought was abundantly fair. Still he refused to address my request to remove the piano fourth day I said that I would pay out of my pocket to remove the piano and reimburse him for delivery of the piano. Still no response to my request . I can't believe this individual is in business. NO respect for honorable business practices and no respect for clients. My husband is so upset he can't eat I can't believe this ******** is so mean and knowing he is making my husband sick and totally disturbing our lives and effecting our health and well being with this ridiculous business attitude. After I offered to pay the delivery and removal cost. What is wrong with this individual? Is he mentally ill? This behavior is so foreign to my day to day dealings with Marin county businesses.
