I ordered a special bottle of wine on April 20th, 2021. I was charged $49 online at the time through my debit card. My order number was R459998876. I received email confirmation of my order and the funds were pulled from my account. After a month or so, I realized that I'd never received any tracking info or shipping info for the wine. I contacted customer support and began talking to *********************** at Rebellium Wines. He informed me that there was a shipping problem *** that they would send me an extra bottle as an apology. I agreed to that. It's now 7 months later and I haven't received anything. I've requested a refund multiple times, but have gotten no response from anyone.
