On December 4, 2023, we prepaid $1,400 for a six month CDA basketball program (January to June). After 2 months of service, we decided to exit the program at end of March because the program began to change starting in January 2024 and continued to change, we no longer felt that program was the same as we expected when we initially signed up. We requested a prorate refund for $700 for the months of April to June as these would be the unused months. The business should not benefit from services that were never provided. There was no agreement that said the prepaid fee was nonrefundable. Additionally, the business terminated all communication on February 28, 2024, terminating the business relationship before the already stated March end date. There has been no attempt on the business side to help resolve the situation. We are now seeking $933 refund to account for the unused 4 months.
