In April 2021, without my knowledge, permission or request, Orangetheory Fitness, in *********, **********, reactivated my membership and charged my Credit Card $119, per month, from April 2021 to November 2023.Due to Covid, in March 2020, I cancelled my Orangetheory Fitness membership in **************. The studio had not yet closed, however, I did not feel safe going into the studio, so I called and they allowed me to cancel over the phone. I was no longer charged on my credit card as of April 2020. This put me into a non-member status. I have not attended a class since March 2020.On December 10, 2023, I learned that the Orangetheory Fitness, in **************, reactivated my membership without my knowledge, permission or request, and began charging my Credit Card, $119 per month, since April 2021.On December 12, 2023, I went to Orangetheory Fitness, in **************, and spoke directly with *******************************, Studio Manager. I know this is not the best situation but we do hope you will be able to use the classes in ****!Their attempt to a resolution was an unsatisfactory offer, so I followed up with emails to ******************************* on January 2nd, 16th and 25th (****), detailing the situation and asked for a full refund: $119 x 32 months = $3,808.
