They do not honor their rebate. I specifically bought these daily contacts because the ****** manager said I qualified for the rebate. I have ******** part C with ****** and pay extra for vision and hearing, so because I pay for an extra policy to cover my contacts and eye exams, I'm penalized by not getting the rebate. Cooper vision got a one time sale. It's pretty short sighted to try for a one time sale and alienate someone from their product forever. Common sense to me would say honor the rebate and have a customer for life. I will never buy from them again. There were so many choices of contacts to choose from and to me, a rebate is an incentive to try a new company or product. They got paid full price between my out of pocket and my insurance I pay for. Will never buy any products from Cooper vision or *** Ban again.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

Hello *****, we are sorry for this inconvenience that you have had with our third-party vendor, 360. The rebate was for more than what you paid for the lenses, so that is why it was denied. We did get approval to give you some of the rebate. Someone from CooperVision will be reaching out to you to make you aware. Thank you.Review from Fern A

They are truly the worst to work with. I have sent them numerous CLEAR photos of my prescription and receipt and they continue to request "clearer" photos as if I'm using a camera from the 1900's or have the blurriest photos. It is unreal how they treat customers and how they don't want to pay you. And their customer service isn't even in English - they reply only in French! Don't offer rebates in the first place.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

I purchased my daughters contacts from our eye doctor and uploaded receipts plus box tabs as requested and our claim was denied stating the insurance paid and we were requesting a refund greater than our payment. Which is incorrect as our insurance payment went towards her glasses. Incredibly disappointing customer service, misleading advertisement, and a total waste of my time. I will be purchasing contacts from a different manufacturer next time.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

This is a scam. I paid almost $300 for contacts and then uploaded receipts and a photo of my contact lens boxes and my claim was declined. What a waste of time and a big scam.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

Hi ***, the rebate was denied as your insurance company paid for a majority of the lenses, so the amount that you paid is below the rebate amount. This is why you will not receive the rebate. You paid less than the amount you are requesting.Review from Alysanne B

I purchased my contacts from another location last year than where I had my eye exam. I was approved the $200 rebate. This year I did the exact same thing and they denied me. They told me its because oI purchased my contacts from a different place than where my exam was. I told them they allowed it last year. I was told I was lucky and they wont approve my rebate of $100. I told them this is misleading. Its not luck. They made a mistake. They will not make an exemption this time. Rude customer service and rude supervisor. I have never purchased a year supply before or submitted anything for a rebate. Very frustrating.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

I am so frustrateted with Cooper Vision. I have used their contacts for years for all four of my family members because of their awesome rebate program. This year they have denied my rebate because of how much insurance paid for my contacts. They still recieved the money for the contacts, so this makes no sense. They wouldnt even give me a rebate for the amount that I personally paid. In my opinion they should still honor their rebates. I was depending on that rebate so I bought glassses for my kids. I have never been denied before. I will no longer be using them, as the rebate was my only reason for using their contacts. This will be 6 contact lens users they will no longer get the business for, as I now have two more chilbren with vision problems. That is over $5000 in sales they will lose for not honoring their rebates. I will also no longer reccomend them to people. I do not appreciate businesses that look for ways to not pay out rebates that they have offered.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

It has been a year and still no debit card replacement for the one they sent me did not work! I have called numerous times to be only told they will not reissue me a working card! They do not seem to mind if you buy the products from their company, but it is like drawing blood to get them to fix an issue! I have called over 7 times within a year and nothing and I called my Eye Doctor and they too are getting complaints from their Patients about the same issues! I just want my ***** Debit card and I still have the card that does not work as I have it for evidence! This Company just wants to take from you and not be honest about the issues they will not fix! ENOUGH is ENOUGH !Cooper Companies, Inc. Response

CooperVision's rebate scheme is an absolute scam designed to waste your precious time. Your eye doctor might try to lure you in with promises of a rebate, but don't be fooled. You'll spend countless hours battling their broken website, which won't even let you manually enter your provider's address. If it's not in their useless dropdown menu, prepare to be stonewalled by incompetent customer service reps who can't even get a supervisor on the line.Even if you manage to get your eye doctor involved, the nightmare continues. They'll demand a mountain of paperwork beyond what their misleading ads claim, dragging the process out even further. By the time you finally get your hands on their pathetic $200 prepaid card, you'll have wasted an entire day of your life and probably won't even be able to spend the full amount.CooperVision's rebate isn't a reward, it's an insult. Save yourself the frustration and don't fall for their deceptive tactics.Cooper Companies, Inc. Response
