The worst company I have encountered in my life. They put me im collections for not paying HOA for 1 month. Helsing has no portal to see balance owed and they charge to call and ask for the amount. Then you have send them a cashiers check only and they will charge fees in between sending the check and its arrival. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. These people are worst possible example of humanity.

Hello *****,The Helsing Group is a ****************** hired to perform, amongst other duties, bookkeeping functions for your *********************** We follow the delinquency policy for your Association which is not set by our company but rather by your governing documents and your ***** of ********** If you were sent to collections then you would have not paid your assessments by the time required by your Association's delinquency policy. We have no charge for any calls to our office and we provide a website to your Association and it's members free of charge where you can view and print your entire account history. That said, due to collections laws, once you are in collections we are not permitted to talk with you about your account as we are not a debt collector and you are required to communicated only with your Association's collections company about balances owed and payment options. None of which are set by The Helsing Group. Your Association accepts many different forms of payments and none of those payments come to our office but rather are made directly to the bank with which your Association uses. They have multiple ways of payment options for you including echeck, credit card, and automatic payment. If there are any charges for those services that would be dictated by the bank, not The Helsing Group.
