I purchased 2 vacuums through this company because I was fascinated by use of the uv and killing dust mites. I had the vacuums barely 3 months and on both the blue Uv light feature stopped working and I noticed the quality of the material for the price I paid was substandard. So I reached out to customer service and we came to an agreement to return my vacuum. Before doing so I asked how I would be provided my refund and they told me I could receive it PayPal rather than the original method used because the card was closed. which I agreed to and provided them my PayPal to refund. So long story short they received my return and merchandise then refunded the wrong payment method which belongs to my now, ex. *********** made the mistake after agreeing to return the money to my PayPal and now they refuse to fix the mistake and refund the 500 dollars Im owed. They also kept the merchandise I returned. They are telling me the refund successfully done on their end but they made a HUGE mistake and wont fix it after agreeing to refund my PayPal. I spoke to an ******* via email and she has not been helpful at all. I dont see how they can keep my merchandise and my money when I have there original receipt and the product was registered to me. They are backing out saying it was refunded to the original payment method which is super unfair to me. Especially when Im the one that paid for the merchandise.
