In March of 2022 we contracted with Sina Advisory Group to purchase and install two new desk tops and monitors and install wireless wifi to connect those along with two other computers we already owned. We were charged over $9k for the purchase of materials and installation. We had networking and issues with the new desktops from almost day one. Repeated networking issues, repeated crashes of the new computers. To of the usb portals on both of the new desktops never functioned from the time of installation. When I requested warranty information for all items purchased, I was informed that the two desktops were actually refurbished models- not new. We were charged the price for new computers, $900 a piece, for these refurbished computers which would have cost us around $4-500. He has since refused to service used computers he sold us despite the one-year warranty he outlined in his contract saying that we, in fact, owe him an additional $3000 in service fees. The document I attached labeled "Warranty Info." is what he provided us with as our "warranty" on the two refurbished desk tops- that he was personally providing repair service for one year. This is what finally tipped us off that he sold us used computers.
