I ordered a set of French Steel doors from Rhino in the fall of 2022. The doors took 10 months to come in. They were installed around May 2023. A few months ago I noticed the glass was fogging up because condensation is accumulating inside the glass. I believe this to be a defect that needs rectified. My partner and I have reached out to Rhino on several occasions to get a resolution. It took over a month to hear back and their response is simply that the defects in the doors "match defects in the contract". I've asked for a copy of the contract they are referencing and they cannot produce it. I'm not sure if there was some sort of fine print in the order form that we missed, that alludes to likely defects in the door??? I would like for them to follow through and send me what it is they are justifying their response on. They were quick to reference a contract and dismiss our concerns based on a "contract" but can't seem to give us proof of what they are referencing.
