      I ordered 5 carts yesterday, and I was told Id be updated when they shipped my products, I tried texting them this morning about when my carts would be shipped I got no response. They dont answer the phone either, nor do they reply back to email. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are Conartists and looking to scam any&everyone.

      I paid for my products for $125 and then was asked for an additional shipping cost of an additional $118 from a separate company called ********************** after I had already paid an extra next day shipping charge of $25 from Big Vape Store

      I made an order on 2/17/24. Order #***** that was $116 ($15 shipping). I later received an email from Supreme postal service stating that the package was being sent but they needed $102 to ship it even tho I already paid $15 for shipping. I emailed The big vape store to refund my money but the email address on the website is fake.

      I placed and paid for an order with someone named *** on November 15, 2022. Here are the screenshots of our conversation with my cash app pay confirmation. Once I made the payment all communications stopped. I feel I have given you long enough to ship the product, but I will ask one more time for a reply or a refund. I have tried calling and emailing with no response. If there was some kind of problem they should have let me know and refunded my money.

      These guys are a full scam where they just take your payment and you don't receive your carts. They got me for $265 for the carts and shipping then two days later their supposed shipping carrier who is a complete scam also supremepostalservice.com, emailed me asking me to pay an additional $258 which would be fully refundable for domestic shipping insurance. After paying it they then told me I needed to to pay another $799 for a diplomatic city permit or they were going to deliver my package to law enforcement. I refused to pay and then they ghosted my emails

      I purchased carts from this business on April 19th and spent $116 was suppose to have next day delivery but then the carrier who I don't believe is a real carrier wanted another $150 for insurance and so I never got what I paid for and they refused to refund my money. They are scaming people...
