On October 7, 2021, I purchased what was supposed to be a new Bosch oven Model HBLP752UC that was advertised by Appliance Castle on Letgo website. I paid $1900 cash when they delivered the unit at around 9PM that evening. They had the unit all wrapped up in plastic and placed it in my dining room. They were in a hurry and demanded that I pay so they could leave - I paid them and trusted that the oven was correct model stated below and was new as stated on invoice at right. Upon unwrapping the oven I discovered the oven was not the correct oven and it was an used non- working oven. I contacted them at the store in which they said they would call me back. I waited for 4 hours and no call. I tried calling for 2 days and no answer so I made a trip into the store at ******************************. I spoke with ***** in the store in which he was able to get in touch with ***** who was the delivery person for my oven and was aware of my situation. He relayed the message to expect a call from ***** soon. After 2 days no call. I tried calling / texting ***** but he did not pick up nor respond to my texts. On November 1 I again traveled to the store and ***** recognized me and called ***** to find out the situation with my oven. They gave me the same story that ***** will call me in obe hour but he didnt. I am writing to prevent this from happening to others. I am hoping your agency can look into their deceptive practices and get it corrected before more vulnerable customers are defrauded. Bought a washer and dryer and paid full payment including installation. They dumped the unit and left. The dryer doesnt even work. Delivery was in mid July and they didnt mention the dates or the warranty as discussed on the receipt.Initial Complaint

I bought a refrigerator from this store for $5,000 dollars and it never worked. Their policy says they honor their product for 90 days but all they do is avoid you. They basically stole $5,000 dollars from me and are probably doing it to many other innocent people.
