Purchase date 09/06/22 Total amount paid to business - ***** Order # ****** Tracking # for package - YT2224921266059799 package came damaged and unusable. Contacted company at ********************************* and was told they cannot send me a new product unless I paid them again. I already paid for the product and the shipping and they want me to give them money again. I sent them a picture of the damaged product on 09/22/22. they responded on 09/5/22 and asked me if I needed them to send a whole new product or just a portion of it and I advised only the paints were damaged. They responded again on 10/17/22 and asked "PLEASE CONFIRM IF YOU NEED THE WHOLE SET OF PAINTS?" i replied that yes I need new paints. she then proceeds to tell me she cant send it without me spending money again but email dated 10/17/22 asks what I needed? I don't think its fair that companies can rip people off like this and get away with it!! They claim to be a small business and appreciate when people buy from them but then take advantage of they money that get with no solid product behind it. I'm going to continue to file complaints until someone does something that's right and fair!!! taking advantage of people is over!!! Someone has to speak out people out there getting ripped off.Business response

I'm awfully sorry for this issue. Our new employee didn't manage to get that the problem was not by your fault. And obviously, your paints leaked in transit.
I completely understand your disappointment.
As an online retailer, we rely strongly on the postal system to deliver our orders to our customers and sometimes, despite all our efforts, there can really be unforeseen incidents that are beyond our control.
We will certainly send the replacement for free!
Again, I do apologize for this misunderstanding and hope to remain good friends with you
