    Why hasnt anyone done anything this bad customer service. They said is a second chance bank but treat their customers like trash . I lost the father of my kids and had hit a hard patch with my finances I just got back to work and they threaten me today with repo not being able to work w me if I did not pay my car today no sympathy at all from southern hills ******* was very very rude and told me i cant afford my car to give it back I told her I was paying on it she just ignored me said pay on it in 2 days or it being repossessed its only 7 days late . Not even 30 days. No customer service they need more training for better service. this rep name was *************************** ext 109. Very rude

    This company is absolutely the worst I have dealt with ! They are rude every time i speak to them. If you go look at their reviews on ****** as well there is not one single good review about them. I have had my car three years this month. If i have a late payment its always paid within a couple weeks timeframe. I refuse to call or answer their calls any longer due to the fact that they are s***** to me both times i have dealt with them to work a payment out! They make you feel like a *** of the earth when you call. They talk down to you . They interrupt. No customer service skills whatsoever. I will be making a final payment and looking into refinancing or possibly trading the car in. I will never work with this company again nor ever suggest it to anyone!! Any other companies ive worked with were super kind and understanding of life !!! And willing to help their customer as much as possible . This company needs shut down . Alot of their responses on here should pretty much sum it up!!

    The first person to handle my case was VERY rude; threats were made to repo my car. She was very difficult to work with. However, ************ is the one who handles my account now, and I cannot express how grateful I am of having him. Read comments here of horrible situations with other representatives. However ***** has gone far and beyond for me. Single mom and the only provider is hard and ***** has made my payments enjoyable if that is even possible. My only complaint is that they dont have auto payment. Thank you *****??

    Fortunately, *************** is current on her pmts but she is struggling to make those pmts. She has made 7 pmts but only the first two were complete, full pmts. Since then she has made a series of partial pmts. Hopefully she will be able to make her complete pmts on a timely basis going forward. We do appreciate however that she is making a great effort.

    Blatantly states in the contract you have ten days from the given date until your payment is past due. These guys will call you religiously between that period and harass you. Just attempted to call and had two of the most rude people Ive ever dealt with back to back. Absolutely refused to let me speak to any type of management or higher up. Its all recorded so ill be getting a lawyer for my fianc and looking into if theres already a class action open against these people. pathetic customer service.
