Forced to purchase their insurance package. I have rented cars for years as I travel in my business. I have full coverage policy for my private auto that covers rental, uninsured drivers.. etc. I have never been asked for my personal Insurance card as a prerequisite to declining their "required insurance." I had my print out from the rental company regarding what items to have and what to expect when you pick the car up. There is nothing in that print out that even mentions an Insurance card or Proof of Insurance. I showed it to them, they said it is in their website. I have looked and still can not find it. They have a remote physical location - once you get out there, you're stuck if you don't pay them. I will be filing a complaint with the State Consumer Affairs for their misrepresentation, fraud. If I need to, I will have my attorney look into it. They also charged me some deposit that I didn't know about until I was given my receipt for $560.67. All it says is "Payments." it's a scam at the *** location:5280 **********************************************

So Wednesday October 27th I rented a car from *** location. When I got there I already paid $100 on the website to book when I get there they want a $400 deposit ok no problem. I get the car it was dirty first of all it wasnt cleaned and second it had dents and scratches all over the car got a video so they dont blame me. They car had no gas in it. I drive off as Im driving I am wondering what this noise Im hearing. I realize it the brakes they was grinding not squeaking grinding. I was already 30 mins away from airport and had to get where I was going. My cousin wasted her chips on the floor so we went to get a vacuum. Friday we drop the car off at rental place. Today October 30th they charged me $200 additional fee saying I was smoking in the car it was ashes in the car. But how and we went to vacuum the car when they chips got wasted and we aint smoke in the car. But they saying I have to call corporate which you can not find a number on corporate at all. I have seen nothing but bad reviews about them. So they charged my $600 for smoking fee.
