I responded to post on instgram from this business that claimed "Buy a Flight - get a free tattoo. 7PM-12AM" I arrived and purchased by flight - where I was given a ticket for included tattoo. After less than 2 hours, I was informed that they were done with tattoos. After further investigation I learned that the tattoo aritst had only been contracted from 7pm to 9pm - instead of the full 5 hours as advertised.This company used false marketing tactics to lure clients into purchasing its overpriced flight - knowing full and well they could not deliver on the number of flights it sold. They refused to deliver on their promise or refund any clients even after to admiting to their error. Quote from management "You can try to chargeback on your credit card" but no real solution was offered from the business.Initial Complaint

I'm a regular at this bar and walked in on a rainy day. There was someone sitting at the bar having a ***** melt, so I asked for one, and was told it was a family item and not on the menu. The bar tender further explained that they could not make it because it's not on the menu and couldnt charge for it. I offered to pay more and was still refused. The cook made a phone call to the sous chef who also told her not to make the item. It makes it worse that I was told it was a family item. As a regular, it is my personal opinion that an establishment should offer to make something for you, especially if they just made it for someone else and the item contains less ingredients than the item you offered to pay for. Going forward no matter how friendly and establishment is with customers, if you're not willing to make the item for anyone else because I'm not your girlfriend, don't make it at all. To be clear that was the relationship between the person in the kitchen and the person who was eating. Further more, the manager *****, came up to my table after my friend and I had ordered drinks. She was extremely defensive after she read my Yelp review and accused me of being threatening. I went on to explain to her that I wasnt trying to threaten her or the bar, but I felt it was extremely unprofessional for them to make special meals that arent on the menu for girlfriends of the cook.Business response

Our establishment would be happy to refund *********************************** order on January 13th, the date of the complaint. We will need the last four digits of the credit card used. Once the receipt is found and refunded we will send over proof of refund via this portal.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The last four digits of the credit card used to to pay on January 13th are ****. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
