Multi display unit was repaired by replacing caps in display board. They worked on it 3 times to correct errors and now fuel gauge just blinks. Research indicated a loose wire on board which they refuse to fix under a 2 year warranty. They claim all kinds of other things can cause this problem. Had no problem with the gauge when display was working until they repaired my board. Delay is due to medical problems in family.Initial Complaint

Purchased a hybrid battery and installation on June 7, 2022 for my 2010 Lexus RX450h. Included 24 month or 30k mileage warranty. On Sept 15, 2023, the "check hybrid system" light came on, I called ACE and the voice mail box was full. I tried again a few days later and had the same issue ( I've tried calling at least 20 times since and voice mail is always full). I emailed ACE on Sept 18, 2023 with no response. I went on the ACE Hybrid Group Instagram page and someone posted they had a fire. Not sure if they are closed. But I cannot reach them to resolve the issue with the battery, which is still under warranty. Please help, I am a college student and nervous driving around with the "check hybrid system" light.Initial Complaint

Purchased a battery from them, shipping out-of-state took two weeks to arrive. Between issues with the local dealer for installation and their advice that the battery was bad, returned it. Initial cost was $4251.72, they charged $1151.72 for "restocking" and other fees.Initial Complaint

My brother ******************************* and I went with the previous owner, ******************************* in mid February of this year on the date of purchase of the car and title transfer. We paid for the battery service at Ace Hybrid Group with ***** in addition to purchasing the car. This was done in cash. The service was a followup to work they did a couple years ago. We did this work because the cells were weak and wanted the battery to last much longer than it was going to. This warranty was for 3 months and the battery completely failed on the fourth month. Regardless of this, this is bad business and it seems they are not qualified to work on batteries if their work only last a couple months. $950 down the drain. The Ace Hybrid website says "Money refund if not satisfied" but all I got was hung up on when I called to explain the situation. We are seeking a refund on the service rendered, preferably in full. Clearly the repair is faulty, as it is unreasonable to expect to pay $950 every 3-4 months to have a working hybrid car. They clearly did not do this properly or used bad parts. Here is the invoice for the service we paid for, along with text message confirmation from ***** that we paid for this battery service as well.
